Last delivery of pellets, tragic quality. The pellets are crumbled, they are about 1cm in size, they are probably too compacted, lots of dust in bags.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased fuel in the form of pellets and briquettes from this company for several years and have spent well over 100,000,- KC with them. I am elderly and suffer from several chronic illnesses including heart troubles.when I asked the young man to lift the products into my car, he refused and told me that they were mine, as I had already paid for them and therefore it was my responsibility to load the packs of briquettes. This despite a notice telling me that the company was happy to help load.
If I can find a suitable alternative, I will never purchase anything from them again.
