★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prádelna jako taková je užitečná a splňuje požadavky jak na sušení tak na praní.
Ale opravdu jsem nepochopila přístup personálu, poslední praní ( tak jak je na webových stránkách zmíněno) je v 19:00. Když jsme přišli v 18:40, vylezla ze dveří personál velice nepříjemná paní, která bez pozdravu okamžitě sdělila “Bez sušení ale už”.
Když jsme jí slušně sdělili že praní i sušení stíháme s rezervou do 20 hodin, opět nám přišla strohá odpověď, kdy má jako uklízet.
Kvůli tomu aby paní odešla o 10 minut dříve.
Tohle je jediné mínus a jediný problém s personálem který tu byl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality, efficient service at an affordable price. Everything you need is onsite, washing liquid/powder, tea/coffee etc for the wait.
The ladies working there are super kind and helpful, whether you have a common language or not. Just a nice and friendly atmosphere which makes all the difference.
It isn't staffed around the clock. I think the details are on the website. So if no-one is there you can just do your washing independently. There are plenty of well thought out and highly visual instructions for each stage.
