Realy amateurs.*** Použil jsem jejich služby několikrát a přesvědčili mě, že jsou amatéři. Oblečení vracejí mokré. O žehlení se nedá ani mluvit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již třikrát jsem se snažila dozvonit, následně jsem se dovolala na uvedený kontakt na webovýh stránkách a bylo mi řečeno, že je otevřeno - nikdo ani jednou neotevřel. Nesedí ani otevírací doba na webu. 3krát zbytečná výprava s kočárkem a oblečením, takové služby nelze doporučit.
I tried to ring three times, then I contacted the contact on the website and was told it was open - no one ever opened. Nor does the opening hours on the site fit. 3 times unnecessary trek with pram and clothes, such services can not be recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Docela traumatizující zážitek od začátku do konce. Nejdřív jsem se nemohla dozvonit, ani dovolat komukoliv kdo tuto čistírnu spravuje. Skoro jsem chtěla odejít, když pro mě došla jakási paní v důchodovém věku, která mě zvala dál. Vyděšeně, avšak zvědavě s náručí plnou kabátů jsem vešla vstříc dlouhé chodbě a následně do velice zanedbané místnosti plné praček, pytlů, nelibé vůně aviváže, dalších chemikálií a prachu. Nechala mne tam takto stát okolo 3 minut, mezitím co vyřizovala pračku na druhé straně místnosti. Následně mi nařídila kam položit kabáty, dala mi lísteček a rozloučila se semnou.
Závěrem: pro klasické čištění kabátů rozhodně nedoporučuji
Quite a traumatic experience from start to finish. At first, I couldn't call or call anyone who runs this treatment plant. I almost wanted to leave when a lady of retirement age came up for me and invited me on. Frightened but curious with my arms full of coats, I entered a long corridor and then into a very neglected room full of washing machines, bags, the unpleasant smell of fabric softener, other chemicals and dust. She let me stand there like this for about 3 minutes, while handling the washing machine on the other side of the room. Then she told me where to put my coats, gave me a card and said goodbye to me.
In conclusion: I definitely do not recommend for classic coat cleaning
