I thank Mr. Voborník for arranging the service inspection of my car and for his very nice and at the same time professional approach. Additionally, I also thank Mr. Bárta, who handed me the car at the beginning of the year. Very nice team. I will be looking forward to seeing you again next year :-)

Taky zjistil jsem pricinu velke mezery pud plastovym krytem zadni dvere. Mechanik zdeformoval zacvak a nevymenil ho za novy.
I found the screw in the trunk after the service. So now one screw is missing in my car.
I also found out the cause of the large gap instinct plastic back door cover. The mechanic deformed the click and did not replace it with a new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dva měsíce jsem čekal na servis, při domluvě termínu jsem zdůrazňoval, aby byl objednán díl, který bylo potřeba vyměnit, nicméně se tak nestalo a termín opravy byl neakceptovatelný. Co se týče personálu, tak profesionální přístup od všech zaměstnanců.
I waited for service for two months, and when arranging the deadline, I emphasized that the part that needed to be replaced was ordered, but this did not happen and the deadline for the repair was unacceptable. As for the staff, a professional approach from all employees.
