★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potrebovala jsem 3 velke kytice s dorucenim trem lidem v ten samy den a nebyl problem i na posledni chvili (prisla jsem okolo jedne odpoledne a dorucili jeste v urednich hodinach ten samy den).
Pani v obchudku poradila a byla moc mila a vstricna a dokonce mi i kyticky po vytvoreni vyfotila, abych vedela jak dopadly. Take mi podavala info, kdyz kvetiny opustily jejich obchod a kdyz byly doruceny (a podelila se i o reakci prijimajicich).
Skvely servis, skvele jednani k zakaznikovi a spokojenost s vyslednym produktem.
Urcite se vratim, az budu potrebovat dalsi kvetinova prekvapeni.
Prikladam foto, ktere mi pani z obchudku zaslala tesne pred odvozem.
 I needed 3 large bouquets with delivery to three people on the same day and it was not a problem even at the last minute (I arrived around one afternoon and delivered at noon the same day).
The lady in the shop advised and was very nice and accommodating, and even took pictures of the flowers after the creation to let me know how they turned out. She also gave me info when the flowers left their shop and when they were delivered (and she also shared the reaction of the recipients).
Great service, great dealings with the customer and satisfaction with the resulting product.
I will definitely be back when I need another flower surprise.
