Nemám zájem o další kontakt s touto osobou. Hodnotím tedy plným počtem a panu Penkovi i jeho kolegům přeji mnoho dalších hvězdiček. P.S: Nepochybuji, že oslavná hodnocení, které se najednou vyrojila po tom mém, nejsou fiktivní...P.P.S. Přišla další výhružka žalobou. Reaguji tedy požadovanou omluvou: Omlouvám se této firmě, že jsem, na základě svých zkušeností s ní, nabyl subjektivního přesvědčení, že její služby nebyly kvalitní. K reakci fy: Nepopírám, že ČAK moji stížnost na svého člena, opírající se zejména o § 19 odst. d)e) zákona o advokacii, překvapivě a bez řádného zdůvodnění zamítla. Pochybuji, že firma má skutečný zájem na údajném "řešení právní cestou" a docílit tak posouzení nezávislou institucí. I was asked by the law firm, under threat of a lawsuit, to withdraw the negative assessment based on my demonstrable bad experience in dealing with Mr. Penka in 2017/18. I am not interested in further contact with this person. So I rate it in full and I wish Mr. Penk and his colleagues many more stars. P.S: I have no doubt that the celebratory evaluations that suddenly came up after mine are not fictitious ... P.P.S. Another threat came with a lawsuit. So I respond with the required apology: I apologize to this company for having, based on my experience with it, a subjective belief that its services were not of good quality. On the reaction of the company: I do not deny that ČAK rejected my complaint against its member, based mainly on § 19 par. D) e) of the Advocacy Act, surprisingly and without proper justification. I doubt that the company has a real interest in the alleged "legal solution" and thus obtain an assessment by an independent institution.

Najít advokáta, který má kromě znalosti práva také analytické schopnosti, myslí dopředu s ohledem na cíl, dokáže vystavět architekturu smlouvy či případu téměř zpětným inženýringem - způsobem, že pokryje veškeré možnosti aniž by s detaily klienta zatěžoval a přitom případ staví, jako když dobrý podnikatel staví business plán svého nového startupu, je stejně náročné jako najít intuitivního systémového architekta, který nepodcení strukturu systému, grafika, který vytvoří design či UX webu napoprvé bez připomínek nebo manažera, který dokáže přemýšlet jako vlastník vizionář a zároveň je i super výkonným šéfem. Člověk, který pro svoje podnikání nalezne takové partnery, je schopen vybudovat opravdu špičkovou organizaci a mít krytá záda. Já takové partnery našel pro rozvoj aktivit naší softwarové společnosti v týmu LAW GROUP. Tímto děkuji a přeji to samé i Vám.
