★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mam pocit, že jsem omylem zabloudila do doby svého dětství tj. cca 40let nazpět. Vše nekvalitní, od přístupu personálu až po "lázeňské vybavení", jídlo tragické. Systémy z doby před revolucí, stejně jako zaměstnanci a jejich přístup ke klientům. Prezentace na webu vůbec neodpovídá zmiňované kvalitě služeb. Často negativní hodnocení nepíši, ale věřím, že by se vedení tohoto podniku mělo pořádně zamyslet na tím, co to tady ve 21.století vlastně provozují. Pokud bych se léčila na nějakou nemoc, asi bych se z tohoto ústavu vrátila ještě víc nemocná.. Jednu hvězdičku dávám za krásnou polohu lázní, za krásu přírody kolem a za krásné historické stavby, o které je jak vidět dobře pečováno.

I often do not write negative reviews, but I believe that the management of this business should think carefully about what it is actually doing here in the 21st century. If I were treated for some illness, I would probably return from this institution even more sick .. I give one star for the beautiful location of the spa, for the beauty of nature around and for the beautiful historic buildings, which can be seen well cared for.
