P	Pavla Jandová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pani zpocatku vystupovala velmi mile a domluvila si termin uklidu. Dostala jsem darkovy poukaz a jelikoz jsme nebyly schopne vybrat termin jeste pred vyprsenim voucheru, tak si na slevomatu zapsala, ze uklid uz je hotovy a poukazka uplatnena jeste pred planovanym uklidem. Pak den pred terminem zavolala, ze se ji porouchalo auto a nemuze prijet, ale jakmile se vse vyresi tak se sama ozve, ze ji volat nemam. No po mesici ( zcasti jsem na uklid zapomnela) uz mi pani ani nezvedla telefon a na sms nereagovala. I kdyz na samem zacatku sama navrhovala, ze mi proplati castku a voucher nemusim vyuzit, tak nejspis po te dobe uz nepovazovala za nutne alespon odpovedet na me zpravy a telefonaty, natoz uskutecnit samotny uklid nebo alespon vratit nejake penize. Na slevomatu ma odskrtnuto, tak ji uz dal vic nic nezajimalo. Za me tedy velmi sproste jednani se zakaznikem. Initially, the lady appeared very nice and arranged the deadline. Then the day before the terminal she called that her car had broken down and could not arrive, but as soon as everything was settled she would say that I should not call her. Well after a month (sometimes I forgot to calm) the lady did not even answer the phone and sms did not respond. Although at the very beginning she suggested that she would pay me the amount and the voucher I do not need to use, so probably after that she did not consider it necessary to at least reply to my messages and phone calls, let alone to clean up or at least return some money. The slevomatu has unchecked, so he gave her more nothing cared. For me, therefore, very abusive negotiations with the customer.
H	Hana Dusikova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobry den,paní Lucie že začátku opravdu vystupovala velice příjemné a nic nebyl problém. První 2 uklidy jsem byla spokojena. Pote jsem si začala všímat,že nejsou nektera místa uklizeno,tak ,jak jsme se předem domluvily.Po posledním úklidu,kdy slečna měla být 3 kk uklizen za 1,5 h. jsem pani upozornila na některé nedostatky,které jsem objevila.Prakticky dle mého názoru jen utrela povrchy a vybrala podlahy (kdy pod tancem byly zasáhla skvrny,kolem nozek stolu binec).podotýkám,že před vytrenim ani nevysala. Na mě připomínky reagovala paní velmi dotčené,že jsem musela vidět jak to dělá.Nu,uděláno to nebylo. Pote mi paní zrušila 2 dny před dlouhodobé plánovaným úklidem termín (bez udání důvodu,jen jsem zjistila,až když jsem se ptala znovu.Nabidla mi termín další den,kdy ale již podle několika předchozích debat mueo být jasné,že tento čas nejsem schopná ji odemknout být. Po mailu mi bylo sdeleno,ze dalsi termin je mozny az za mesic. Z těchto důvodů nemohu firmu v žádném případě doporučit a domnívám se,že popis činnosti firmy na stránkách je spíše klamnou reklamou. Then I started to notice that some places are not cleaned, as we agreed in advance. After the last cleaning, when the young lady was to be cleaned 3 kk in 1.5 hours. I pointed out to the lady some shortcomings that I discovered. in my opinion, she just wiped the surfaces and picked out the floors (when stains were hit under the dance, binec around the legs of the table). I note that she didn't even vacuum before rubbing. The comments from the very concerned responded to me, saying that I had to see how she did it. Well, it was not done. Then the lady canceled my appointment 2 days before the long-term planned cleaning (no reason given, I only found out when I asked again. After the e-mail, I was informed that another deadline is possible in a month, for which reason I can not recommend the company in any case, and I believe that the description of the company's activities on the site is rather misleading advertising.
