★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deti sem chodi moc rady hlavne kvuli herne, ale maji tu i peknou vystavu loutek a na zahradce poradaji zajimave akce.
Children come here a lot of advice mainly because of the playroom, but they also have a nice exhibition of puppets and in the garden advise interesting events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hlavní informační centrum na rakovnickém náměstí bylo zavřeno a to nás přivedlo k Roubence, naštěstí. V rekonstruované roubence je krom informací i několik malých výstav, které určitě stojí za zkouknutí. Vyzdvihnu jedinečnou výstavku loutek z místního amatérského představení, jsou prostě skvělé. Nad to jsme se výborně pobavili s paní, která to tam měla na povel.
The main information center on Rakovník Square was closed and that led us to Roubence, fortunately. In addition to the information, there are several small exhibitions in the reconstructed log cabin, which are definitely worth exploring. I will highlight a unique exhibition of puppets from a local amateur show, they are just great. On top of that, we had a great time with the lady who was in charge there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přesto, že do konce otevírací doby, zveřejněné na objektu, zbývalo ještě cca 10 minut, už jsme tu v sobotu dopoledne nikoho nezastihli, tj. nedozvonili jsme se (dle návodu na zvonku, který evidentně fungoval). IC v centru města taky zavřené ... po celý week- end !!! ??? To má tedy ale Rakovník o návštěvníky zájem ...!!!
Despite the fact that by the end of the opening hours published on the building there were still about 10 minutes remaining, we did not reach anyone on Saturday morning, ie we did not ring (according to the instructions on the bell, which apparently worked). IC in the city center also closed ... throughout the week- end !!! ??? But this is Rakovník interested in visitors ... !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milá pokladní, průvodkyně. Zajímavá výstava o historii Rakovnicka a okolí, výstava obrazů a díla J.Lady, drobné předměty k zakoupení. Vstupné 10-20Kč. Krátké, ale příjemné zastavení při prohlídce města.
Dear cashier, guide. An interesting exhibition on the history of the Rakovník area and its surroundings, an exhibition of paintings and works by J.Lada, small items for purchase. Admission 10-20Kč. A short but pleasant stop when visiting the city.
