Na druhou stranu volně přístupné což je celkem nevídané :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Možná jakmile město pochopí, jak řídit a organizovat kluziště, bude to v pořádku, ale prozatím je to hrůza. Nejsou schopni udělat dobrý led, zruší rezervace a zavřou kluziště extrémně nekonzistentně a nespravedlivě, musíte zaplatit za rezervace na úplně jiném místě a když zruší vaši rezervaci, nevrátí jednoduše peníze a místo toho hrozí, že zruší vaše budoucí rezervace. Velmi špatně naplánované a provedené a velmi bezohledné služby a komunikace (kromě jednoho milého muže, který tam ve večerních hodinách pracuje).
Maybe once the city understands how to manage and organize the skating rink, it will be fine, but for now it is horrible. Unable to make good ice, cancel reservations and close the skating rinks extremely inconsistently and unfairly, you have to pay for bookings at a completely different location, and if you cancel your reservation, it simply does not refund money and instead threatens to cancel your future reservations. Very poorly planned and executed and very ruthless service and communication (except for one nice man who works there in the evening).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc nerozumím některým lidem co zde píší a hodnotí 1 hvězdičkou. Za nás osobně skvělý počin. Hřiště je dostupné pro širokou veřejnost a to, že tam není 8 stánků s pivem a párky vůbec nevadí. Musíme si uvědomit, že to město dotuje a jedná se o provoz zdarma. Led samozřejmě není dokonalý, ale 100x lepší něco, než čekat až zamrzne rybník. Plocha je dostatečná a pokud někdo chce hrát profi hokej má možnost i rezervovat klidne Ice Arénu v Letňanech. Fakt nevím co by někteří lidé co hejtují chtěli. Za 1000,- Kč na 90 minut je fakt zadarmo a myslím, že nám všem hobíkům plně dostačuje!
I don't really understand some people who write here and rate it 1 star. A great deed for us personally. The playground is accessible to the general public and the fact that there are no 8 stalls with beer and sausages does not matter at all. We have to realize that the city subsidizes and it is free traffic. Of course, the ice is not perfect, but 100 times better than waiting for the pond to freeze. The area is sufficient and if someone wants to play professional hockey, they can also book the Ice Arena in Letňany. I really don't know what some people who want. For 1000 CZK for 90 minutes it is really free and I think it is enough for all of us hobbies!
