★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byť mají být oficiálním partnerským místem PPL Parcelshop, tak rozumová schopnost báby za kasou očividně nedosahuje úrovně žáka páté třídy základní školy. Když se totiž na potřetí snažím vysvětlit, že potřebuju poslat zpátky balíček do HMka a potřebuju od ní podepsat dodací lístek abych měl doklad o odeslání, tak mě bába posílá do HMka do Plazy. I přes další marný pokus o vysvětlení, že na prodejně H&M nelze vrátit věci objednané z eshopu se na mě nakonec oboří s tím, že s PPL nic nemá, že "jí to tam jen lidi nosí a má nakázáno nic nepodepisovat". Otázkou tedy zůstává, zdali princip fungování Parcelshopu nechápe pouze paní na pokladně či majitelé obchodu. Na základě této zkušenosti doporučuji se tomuto místu v zájmu vlastních nervů vyhnout, jelikož v okolí je spousta jiných obchodů s příjemnou a slušnou obsluhou.
Being an official partner of the PPL Parcelshop, the intellectual ability of the grandparents apparently does not reach the level of the fifth grade elementary school pupil. When I try to explain for the third time that I need to send the package back to HMka and I need to sign a delivery note from her so I have proof of sending, my grandmother sends me to HMka to Plaza. In spite of another vain attempt to explain that the H & M shop can not return things ordered from the eshop, I'm going to end up with the fact that she has nothing to do with PPL that "she's wearing it and people have nothing to sign up for." The question then remains whether the principle of the operation of Parcelshop is understood only by the lady at the cashier or the business owners. Based on this experience, I recommend avoiding this place for the sake of my own nerves, as there are plenty of other shops with nice and decent service around.
