★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do ordinace jsem se nedostala. Po zavolani s tim, ze mam akutni potize, mi ne moc prijemna pani odpovedela, ze se musim zaregistrovat online. Kdyz jsem rekla, ze skoro neslysim, co rika (asi soucasne mluvili s jinym pacientem) , mi bylo receno " tak to neni muj problem ze me neslysite". Nikde jinde v Evrope jsem se nesetkala s drzym chovanim vuci pacientum. Pote co jsem stravila pulhodiny registrovanim online a odeslanim zadosti o termin mi prisla zprava, ze volny termin je nejdriv v listopadu. Bylo fakt tezky hned rict co telefonu, ze. Mozna doktori jsou sikovni, to se mi nepodarilo overit, ale pokud pozadujete slusne a prijemne chovani hledejte dal.
I didn't get to the surgery. After calling that I had an acute problem, a very pleasant lady replied that I had to register online. When I said that I could hardly hear what he was saying (they were probably talking to another patient at the same time), I was told "so it's not my problem that you can't hear me". Nowhere else in Europe have I encountered brazen behavior towards patients. After spending half an hour registering online and sending an application for a deadline, I received a message that the free deadline is first in November. It was really hard to tell the phone right away. Maybe the doctors are skilful, I couldn't verify that, but if you require decent and pleasant behavior, look for more.
