Zboží, které je na stránkách zveřejněno jako skladem nebo k dodání do tří dnů skladem nebylo a trvalo 13 dnů než zásilku odeslali. Navíc bez jedné z položek kterou nedodají vůbec. Opravdu špatný eshop. The worst service we have ever experienced since the eshop. Goods that are published on the website as in stock or for delivery within three days were not in stock and it took 13 days before they sent the shipment. Plus, without one of the items they don't deliver at all. Really bad eshop.

Takže já si za to zaplatím a ještě mi přijde toto? Už nikdy a ještě si kurýr nechá peníze pro sebe aniž by jste mu nechal dýško. I do not recommend, today I received a package with a cooling pad for a dog. (Taken over by the nurse) I'll open it and stain it on the mat! So I'll pay for it and I still get this? Never again will the courier keep the money to himself without giving him a tip.

Trvanlivost kapek je další 2 roky (obávala jsem se, aby za měsíc nebyly prošlé - ale nejsou). Doporučuji. Nakoupila jsem teď v dubnu 2021. I ordered a few eye drops. Everything arrived safely within 2 days. Order for CZK 1,000. The shelf life of the drops is another 2 years (I was afraid that they would not expire in a month - but they are not). I recommend. I bought it now in April 2021.

Objednané zboží inzerováno e-shopem skladem bylo zaplaceno předem a po týdnu kdy lékárna měla moje peníze mi poslali mail, že půlku věci skladem nemají. Na telefonickou otázku, jak funguje logistika u této firmy mi paní odpověděla, že vůbec nezáleží jestli zboží zaplatíte a tudíž ho od toho okamžiku vlastníte, ale objednávky oni zpracovávají až se k nim dostanou. Dále na moje dotazy proč nemají e-shop propojeny se skladovými zásobami, jak to funguje všude jinde normálně, aby se s nákupem na e-shopu ponížil stav zásob a nedovolil navýšit objednávky oproti zásobám, mi nedokázala odpovědět...z tohoto podvodného jednání je zřejmý záměr oklamat zákazníky. Po této zkušenosti zde již nakupovat nebudu a ostatním to nedoporučuji. I do not recommend. To the telephone question of how the logistics of this company work, the lady answered me that it does not matter at all whether you pay for the goods and therefore you own it from that moment, but they process orders until they reach them. Furthermore, she could not answer my questions about why they do not have the e-shop connected with stock, how it works normally everywhere else, in order to reduce the stock level with the purchase on the e-shop and not allow to increase orders compared to stock ... from this fraudulent act is obvious intention to deceive customers. After this experience, I will no longer shop here and I do not recommend it to others.

My wife was home alone when their courier came, he was very rude and rose his voice at my wife. Then he left without giving her the products we ordered. Then my wife emailed your customer service and after a WEEK we got a reply that all the products would be refunded. Extremely poor experience. I will never order anything from this place and will tell my friends too not to order from them.
