★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejlepší lékárna v Ostravě ve všech směrech - a že jsem jich navštívil dost a dost. Neustále usměvavý, příjemný personál, snad vše je okamžitě k dispozici, obsluha ochotně vysvětlí, co je zapotřebí. Mám na jazyku jen samé superlativy - nemám potřebu chodit jinam, protože vím, že zde vyřídím vše k naprosté spokojenosti.
Jinou věcí je, v jakém místě je lékárna umístěna - budova vnějškově i vnitřně snad patří do roku 1980, ale to sem nepatří (nenechejte se zastaralou vizáží odradit.)
Vedení lékárny a všem jejím zaměstnankyním přeji jen to nej a prosím zůstaňte takoví, jací jste... palce nahoru z pocitů empatie a jistoty, které si z tohoto místa vždy odnáším. Kéž by se všichni chovali k pacientům tak, jak se chováte vy.
The best pharmacy in Ostrava in all directions - and that I have visited enough and enough. Constantly smiling, friendly staff, perhaps everything is immediately available, the staff will gladly explain what is needed. I only have superlatives on my tongue - I don't need to go anywhere else, because I know that I will handle everything here to my complete satisfaction.
Another thing is where the pharmacy is located - the building, both externally and internally, may have belonged to the year 1980, but it does not belong here (do not be discouraged by the outdated appearance.)
I wish the management of the pharmacy and all its employees only the best and please stay who you are ... thumbs up from the feelings of empathy and security that I always take away from this place. I wish everyone would treat patients the way you do.
