It would be appreciated if the changes in the current opening hours were listed at least on the website.

At free sales, I regularly encounter an unpleasant lady. She is not willing, she doesn't give you much time to think, she chooses a cure for a certain problem a little for you to speed up the whole process. Last time I asked her to describe the mechanism of action of one medicine, which in her opinion was not suitable for me (she did not tell me the explanation) - and replaced it with something completely different, which is not wrong, but I think it is right if the person behind the tare tells you explanation. I do not consider the work done by the lady to be professional.

Why don't you update the new opening hours here? A completely useless journey to you. ?‍♂️?‍♂️

Opening hours only from 9:00 to 17:00 ?? Workers have to shop elsewhere. This pharmacy has been down sharply for the last two years. In the few minutes before I wrote this review, 8 people took the door locked behind it ... so about.

Opening hours from 9 to 17 are completely unsatisfactory. Before and after, people take the handle and shake their heads in disbelief. Perhaps updating the opening hours on the web or thinking about a sensible change would sting.

After about 13 years since I went to the pharmacy, after a few tramps, more because of a misunderstanding or a bad estimate of the pharmacies, which, for example, I could not blame for another member of the family, but it will happen. A mistake in the conversation about medicines, the fact that pharmacists have a problem forgiving even 2 CZK arrears, if you simply do not have a credit card, but we have been going there with our family for over a decade and they know us quite well, it can be forgiven. However, what has deteriorated marginally is the opening hours, which are a belt for people who need to pick up their medications in the morning before they go to work. I understand that the workers probably want to sleep, but to open in a busy part of Prague 10, where the nearest similar pharmacy is almost 1 km away somewhere near Eden at 9 am is inadmissible. I wouldn't say if the opening hours were at 8:15, for example, when the staff and the master would have more time to prepare. But 9 o'clock seems to me purely out of laziness or marketing point of view, because it increases the frequency of Moscow, local restaurants are filled with foreigners, etc., the kebab shop opens, so rather than the willingness to customers, which the pharmacy was originally famous for clean marketing and professionalism, which has disappeared totally even from experienced pharmacists. Years ago, they were willing to explain the effect of drugs, advise what to take, and today they seem to want to give you the most expensive shunt, even if it is less effective, and if you are interested in the necessary details, they are slowly looking at you with a style that throws out of the pharmacy. And more people have that feeling. I hope this is purely a problem of degradation due to the depletion of finances and hard-working workers, but I am worried that it will not improve, because it will only get worse from the obvious change of management and owner. Free sales in particular have been canceled, they only have to go to dispense prescriptions for medicines, where only one of the 2 counters works, the other is constantly closed, even if there are more workers. There is only one working, the rest are having fun in the back, they are rummaging in the warehouse, or they are listing something, and they have exchanged the original separate issue for some eco-food and eco-medicine shop, which is unusable for most people. It is recognizable by the queues in front of the pharmacy, which are constantly filled with people standing outside on the street corner and in front of the door, which is not pleasant and inside the pharmacy, nor is it possible to sit for more people. Because of this, I prefer to go that 1 km max further to Eden, where they are not only willing, but also have better prices today, which originally did not apply. Prices at this pharmacy are a chapter in themselves, but I hope it gets better next time. But I thought about it a year ago and it's only gotten worse since then.
