Great pharmacy, they always advise and if they don't have something, they order and things usually arrive by the next day. Sometimes the same afternoon.

Pokud něco nemají, dokáží objednat a připravit k vyzvednutí ještě na odpoledne stejného dne. Very helpful pharmacists, always trying to find a solution when I needed help. Kdyz sem ho za 10min po tomto zjisteni sla vratit s tim, ze si ho koupim jinde za beznou cenu - pani magistra se na me oborila, ze jsem si jeho cenu nejprve mela zjistit na internetu, nez jsem si ho u nich poridila. Neskutecne arogantni jednani, ze jsem prisla v nevhodnou dobu, ze tam maji frontu, at tu pockam atd…mezitim si s kolegyni zkontrolovaly skladove zasoby s cenami v PC a zjistily, ze ho naskladnily pod spatnou cenou! Misto omluvy jsem si vyslechla arogantni vystup pani magistry. Vratila mi 510Kc s tim, ze je to jeji laskave gesto. Do teto lekarny jiz nikdy vice!! S timto pristupem stare pani magistry pochybuji, ze si tato lekarna nepise pozitivni rezenze sama. In the pharmacy I bought the drug DIOZEN, which normally ranges around 150 CZK for 709 CZK! If I was to return it here 10 minutes after this discovery, with the proviso that I would buy it elsewhere for the usual price - the master asked me that I should have found out its price on the Internet before I bought it from them. Incredibly arrogant actions that I arrived at an inopportune time, that they have a queue, and I'll wait here, etc. Instead of apologizing, I heard the arrogant performance of the master. She returned 510Kc to me, saying it was her kind gesture. Never again to this pharmacy !! With this approach, the old master doubts that this pharmacy does not write positive reviews on its own.

N	Nou Nejmova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantní přístup a neznalost personálu. O léku který se všude prodává tak řekli že už se nevyrábí a nabízeli mi dražší variantu jako jedinou možnou. Asi mají s tou firmou dobrou smlouvu. Jinak hledaný lék mají dokonce na svých stránkách. Arrogant attitude and ignorance of the staff. They said about the medicine that is sold everywhere that it is no longer produced and offered me a more expensive variant as the only possible one. They probably have a good contract with that company. They even have the drug they are looking for on their website.
