But for the customer to wait a week while the master is determined to check it because no one represents him, he is already incomprehensible. Phone call, you're lucky if someone picks it up. It is true and I must appreciate the effort of an unnamed e-shop worker that we have communicated twice with each other after the phone calls. Email communication has been miserable, although as it was finally documented email sent, but to a completely different email address. There is a difference whether it is 9 or 19. Finally, I canceled the order in its entirety. March 26, 2019, I was credited with € 13.96. If I summarize it, after a few weeks I have thrown more than 10 € into the unknown, but the experience is valuable. Conclusion: Total misery and I do not recommend shopping here !!!! This assessment is in my view and I do not care and does not matter what the opinion of the pharmacy owner is. And as a note to conclude, I gave an incentive to carry out a CTIA inspection

Pharmacists are experts with a pleasant and calm demeanor. They patiently listen, advise, willingly help. There is a wide range of medicines and necessary goods, telephone communication and e-shop work flawlessly. Nothing is a problem for pharmacists I warmly recommend.
