Po neustálých telefonátech s panem Suttym nelze se domoci peněz.. :/ Peníze mi byly slíbeny už několikrát a bohužel stále čekám :( Definitely not recommended !!! The company has been unable to refund my tablet for a long time !! After constant phone calls with Mr. Sutty, it is not possible to raise money.

Musím vřele doporučit. Very professional approach to the customer.Pan salesman has devoted me a long time and finally we chose a laptop that suits my requirements. I highly recommend.
J	Jakub Svoboda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporucuju jako servis. Dal jsem ntb do servisu, meli se do 5 dni ozvat s diagnostikou. Nikdo se neozval, tak jsem po 14 dnech volal a diagnostika nebyla jeste hotova. Ozvali se ten den jeste vecer, ze diagnostika objevila spatnou desku, sam pan mi rikal, ze to asi nema cenu spravovat, ze cena je vyssi, nez novy ntb a domlvuili jsme se, ze servis nechci. Sel jsem si pro ntb asi za dalsich 5 dni a pan na prodejne mu jej nevydal, ze pry servis ceka na vyjadreni zakaznika a nemuze mi jej vydat. Tak jsem jim znova potvrdil, ze servis nechci a odesel jsem s prazdnou. Vratil jsem se po 10 dnech, ntb mi sice vydaliz ale nefungovala jim sit, takze nebylo mozne platit kartou a ani mi na miste nebyli schopni vydat potvrzeni o zaplaceni a prevzeti ntb. Servis opravdu nedoporucuju. I do not recommend as a service. I put the ntb in service, they were supposed to contact me with diagnostics within 5 days. No one answered, so I called after 14 days and the diagnosis was not done yet. They called in that evening that the diagnostics had found the wrong board, Mr. himself told me that it was probably not worth managing, that the price was higher than the new ntb, and we agreed that I did not want service. I went for ntb in about another 5 days and the owner at the store did not tell him that the service was waiting for the customer's statement and he could not give it to me. So I confirmed to them again that I did not want service and I left empty-handed. I returned after 10 days, although the ntb was issued to me, but their network did not work, so it was not possible to pay by card and they were not able to issue me a confirmation of payment and receipt of the ntb on the spot. I really do not recommend the service.

Byl jsem bezradný, sháněl jsem již delší dobu notebook, který mě nevyjde na nesmyslnou částku ale zase by mi umožnil občasné hraní. To jak se o mě postaral pan Šiling bylo až neuvěřitelné. Velmi odborně pomohl s výběrem přístroje a já jsem naprosto spokojený!! Velmi doporučuji jak pořízení nového stroje tak se nebát servisu. Personál profesionální a ochotný !!! The best deal on the purchase of NTB and PC in Pilsen. I was clueless, I was looking for a notebook for a long time, but it wouldn't make any sense to me, but it would also allow me to play occasionally. Po telefonické urgenci přiznali, že na opravu zapomněli, ale nevzpomenuli si ani na omluvu. Telefonické připomínání nutno opakovat, slibovaného volání zpět s informacemi jsem se nedočkala I do not highly recommend the service. After a telephone emergency, they admitted that they had forgotten about the repair, but they did not remember the apology. Notebook po polití kávou byl označen za permanentně poškozený s doporučením koupě nového kusu a diagnostika za 400 Kč (notebook ve stavu na fotografii). Veškerou škodu zachytila klávesnice (kávová sedlina), po její výměně funguje bezvadně již více jak rok. I highly do not recommend. Authorized service abusing people's ignorance. Predatory behavior. After pouring coffee, the laptop was marked as permanently damaged with a recommendation to buy a new piece and diagnostics for CZK 400 (laptop as in the photo). All the damage was caught by the keyboard (coffee grounds), after its replacement it works perfectly for more than a year.
T	Tolenem Tolenem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dvakrát jsem tu měl stejný Notebook v opravě, po druhé hrozící výměně desky, která se již po pouhých 6 měsících opakovaně rozbila, mi bylo řečeno: "No co chcete, je to levný počítač, ten se holt kazí." Co na to říct, arogantní člověk na příjmu oprav a arogantní servisní technik na telefonu u vyjádření k opravě. Záruku na opravu opravy už neakceptovali, asi proto, jak mi bylo řečeno, že jsem si koupil levný Notebook, který se hol kazí. Opravdu nedoporučuji! What to say, an arrogant man on receipt of repairs and an arrogant service technician on the phone at the comment on the repair.
