First train was 3 hours late, then we were left in Bohumin at MIDNIGHT and told that bus have already left and we have to wait till morning or continue transport on our own! What a service is it? this is XXI century and Czech Republic Leo Express works worse than XIX c Trans Siberian train!
N	Natalie Dovka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus 22.12.17 05:00 from Kosice to Rakhiv was overbooked, 3 person with tickets did not found places. Personal just told "I can't help" and screamed ((. All of that looked like public transport somevere in India. If someone buy tickets to theirs buses not on official webpage, be ready to stay outside. Leo express should not working with booking services without properly software and learn from airlines experience.
J	Jessica Kam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked business class for the bus journey between Prague and CK. We did not get the refreshments/ snacks that were promised at the website. We even didn’t get a bottle of water. We get nothing except for wider leg room. The bus was late for 20 mins to the destination for the outbound trip. For the return trip, the bus was late for 18 mins. Not recommended.
O	Ondrej Petyniak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveling regularly between Ostrava and Prague. There is always a delay of some kind. I used to love the service like chorizo panini. Nowadays the panini have not seen any chorizo from distance. Im missing water in bathrooms to wash hands.

Due to their negligence I got stuck in Bohumin Czech because the steward on my connecting bus said that the bus I was trying to get on wasn’t my bus; ONLY, IT ACTUALLY WAS! I then proceeded to have the most uncaring, unhelpful staff on the phone who pretty much said there was nothing they could do! They were willing to leave a solo female traveler stuck in the middle of nowhere in a non English speaking town, knowing the fault was with them! Only through sheer determination and unwilling ness to get off the phone did they start remotely helping. Even then it was no more than expecting me to wait 4 hours for the next bus! And don’t get me started on the lack of refund/compensation. I’ve never felt so helpless, frustrated and disappointed. I should have just taken Czech Rail. I’d like to think Leo Express have some remorse for the situation, but I feel this is expecting way too much. Thanks for ruining my trip to Krakow. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because of the team on the train don’t deserve to be marked down because of the corporate team. Basically if you use Leo Express and something goes wrong; don’t expect them to be helpful or caring.
G	Greg S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are great! Got a return ticket (business class) from Prague to Dresden. Bus was great, everyone on the bus got access to free coffee machine while in transit. Everyone also received a free bottle of water for the trip. Business class ticket also included free crisps, orange juice and a small chocolate cake. In addition business class seats have lots of leg room. Bus driver was excellent, spoke English and was very helpful. Highly recommending Leo express. Guys are doing it right!
W	Will on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked Prague to Krakow via train (premium), bus (business). Train service exceptional, I never rode in such a spacious seat, bus service average. Did the job and got me to my destination on time. I feel the connection point at Bohemia could be better sign posted
P	Paweł Zdancewicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute disaster in case they will decide to cancel the connection. You can prepare for court proceedings otherwise those jokers will 'incorporate' your money based on 'fairy tale' terms and conditions. Avoid at all cost!
