LESA Italská Gastronomie
Unikátní mouka získaná jemným mletím rýžových zrn odrůdy Vialone Nano, díky použití této odrůdy získává mouka jemnou a nasládlou chuť v harmonii s dobrou stravitelností. Tato mouka neobsahuje lepek a proto nikdy nebude kvasit. Může být použita buď čistá, nebo ve směsi s moukou pšeničnou. Najde uplatnění jak v tradiční kuchyni na přípravu jídel z polenty s libovolnými omáčkami ale především k rybám, korýšům a pokrmům z lesních hub. Též je velmi zajímavá v kombinaci se sýrem Gorgonzolla.

No compres menos de mil coronas por que si no, tienes que ir al sitio que está a una larga distancia del centro. No me enviaron nunca confirmación de la compra por lo que dure mucho en poder buscar mi producto. Tienen que mejorar el sistema de compra, al menos para retail.
