★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si od firmy Lesopráce 3 kubíky suchého smrku. Bylo mi dodáno a vše vypadalo dobře, když jsem však začal topit, ukázalo se, že dřevo špatně hoří, a je zjevně vlhké. Později provedené měření vlhkoměrem to potvrdilo.
Po majiteli firmy jsem následně chtěl vrácení rozdílu ceny mezi suchým dřevem a čerstvým dřevem, což je bagatelních 600 Kč. Řešení by bylo férové a pohodlné.
Majitel firmy však po mě chtěl, abych si dřevo sám naložil a dovezl mu ho zpět, že mi pak vrátí peníze. Samozřejmě nemám náklaďák a naložit a odvézt 30 kilometrů, 3 kubíky dřeva, je nákladově naprostý nesmysl. Část dodávky navíc už byla stopená.
Firma lesopráce proto podle mě je neseriozní a nespolehlivá, neumí se postavit férově k řešení problémů, které způsobila. Velice varuji.
I ordered 3 cubic meters of dry spruce from the company Lesopráce. It was delivered to me and everything looked good, but when I started heating, it turned out that the wood burns badly, and it is obviously damp. Later measurements with a hygrometer confirmed this.
After the owner of the company, I subsequently wanted to return the difference in price between dry wood and fresh wood, which is a trivial 600 CZK. The solution would be fair and convenient.
However, the owner of the company wanted me to load the wood myself and bring it back to him, which he would then return the money to me. Of course, I do not have a truck and to load and unload 30 kilometers, 3 cubic meters of wood, is costly complete nonsense. In addition, part of the delivery was already stopped.
Therefore, the forestry company is, in my opinion, unserious and unreliable, it cannot stand up fairly to solve the problems it has caused. I warn you very much.
