Mohu jen a jen doporučit. Pět hvězd! I would like to commend the company LESTER for the excellent implementation of the renovation of the windows, the communication is perfect, the date of implementation fit exactly according to the previous agreement. I can only and only recommend. Five stars!
L	Leos Zouhar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejsem příznivcem těchto recenzí, ale v dnešní digitální době je to nezbytnost. Musím zde tuto firmu vyzdvihnout a pochválit. Jednání naprosto profesionální a rychlé což u mě rozhodovalo. Předběžná domluva týden dopředu s vystavením předběžné nabídky. Pak jeden den obhlídka bytu se zaměřením a domluvě na rozsahu prací a termínu, druhý den vystavena a oboustranně odsouhlasena nabídka. Termín prací byl sice o jeden den posunut oproti domluvě, ale to bylo z pochopitelných důvodů. Celá akce od zaměření až po předání bytu trvala 4 dny. Možná jsem měl štěstí na termín a vytíženost, ale tohle u nás rozhodovalo. Po malování předán krásně vymalovaný a hlavně uklizený byt - ihned jsme mohli stěhovat. Ještě jednou díky a více takových firem. I'm not a fan of these reviews, but in today's digital age, it's a necessity. I must highlight and praise this company here. Negotiations absolutely professional and fast, which was crucial for me. Preliminary agreement one week in advance with the issuance of a preliminary offer. Then one day a tour of the apartment with a focus and agreement on the scope of work and deadline, the next day the offer is issued and mutually agreed. Although the deadline for work was postponed by one day compared to the agreement, it was for understandable reasons. The whole event from focus to handover of the apartment lasted 4 days. Maybe I was lucky with the deadline and busyness, but this was the deciding factor. After painting, a beautifully painted and, most importantly, tidy apartment was handed over - we could move immediately. Thanks again and more such companies.

Ráno jsem připravil místnost tak, aby byla připravena na tapetování. (Sundal jsem polici a odsunul gauč). Volal jsem panu Lejskovi když se nedostavil na domluvenou hodinu, kde se zdržel. Po 45 min. co už měl být na místě se dozvídám, že bohužel mu to nevyjde a že se chce domluvit na jindy. Tak jsme se tedy dohodli, že když jsem s tím měl starosti a vyhradil si na to čas, že chceme slevu. Domluva byla taková, že 200,- nám z celé práce sleví. Chtěl jsem najít jinou firmu, ale když už pan Lejska měl naši místnost vyměřenou a měl i cenovou nabídku, tak jsem se s ním domluvil na jiný termín. A naprosto pro mě nepochopitelný přístup od této firmy, ale zase se nedostavil!!!. I přes telefon a dokonce po e-mailu mi potvrdil, že dorazí a když jsem ho kontaktoval v daný den a čas, tak vůbec nevzal telefon a neodpověděl. Tomu říkám výsměch této firmy vůči mě a naprosto neprofesionální přístup. Pokud chcete mít dobře odvedenou práci v daném čase určitě nedoporučuji tuto firmu. (I took off the shelf and pushed back the couch). I called Mr. Lejsk when he did not show up for the scheduled hour, where he stayed. After 45 min. I find out what should have been in place, that unfortunately it won't work out for him and that he wants to agree on another time. So we agreed that when I was worried about it and set aside time for it, we wanted a discount. The agreement was such that 200, - will discount us from the whole work. I wanted to find another company, but when Mr. Lejska already had our room measured and had a price offer, I agreed with him on another date. And a completely incomprehensible approach from this company for me, but he didn't show up again !!!. Despite the phone and even after the e-mail, he confirmed that he would arrive, and when I contacted him on the day and time, he did not pick up the phone at all and did not answer. I call this a mockery of this company towards me and a completely unprofessional approach. If you want to have a job well done at a given time, I definitely do not recommend this company.

Přestěhovali jsme se do nového bytu a sháněli po Brně kvalitní malířskou firmu, která nám pomůže s výběrem barev a provede práci svižně a kvalitně. Samozřejmě cenově přijatelnou. Zkoušel jsem obvolat tři firmy, abych si uměl porovnat cenové nabídky a celkovou zkušenost s danou firmou. První firma odpadla okamžitě, protože časová dostupnost neodpovídala mým nárokům a po přečtění cenové nabídky nebylo zcela jasné za co vlastně chtějí peníze. Celkově prezentace firmy byla nešťastná. Druhá firma měla lepší prezentaci ale bohužel cena byla přestřelená o 30% a harmonogram prací vycházel na nejdelší dobu. Firma Lester byla jediná, která reagovala na dotazy nejrychleji, dokázala se trefit do mého vkusu barev, navrhla řešení a vysvětlila jaké kroky tomu budou nadcházet, pracovníci byli slušní, udržovali čistotu v celém bytě a po dokončení prací jsem si připadal jako Alenka v říši divů. Krásně vymalované, všechno čisté, uklizené a nachystané k nastěhování. Ještě jednou děkuji za seriózní přístup. I don't write reviews often, but I think this business deserves it. I tried to call three companies to compare prices and overall experience with the company. The first company dropped out immediately, because the time availability did not meet my requirements and after reading the quotation it was not entirely clear what they actually wanted the money for. Overall, the presentation of the company was unfortunate. The second company had a better presentation but unfortunately the price was overshot by 30% and the schedule of works was based on the longest time. Lester was the only one to respond to queries the fastest, able to hit my tastes of colors, suggested a solution and explained the steps to be taken, the staff were decent, kept the apartment clean and after finishing the work I felt like Alice in Wonderland . Beautifully painted, everything clean, tidy and ready to move. Thank you again for your serious approach.

Naštěstí jsem se včas obrátil na jinou firmu, díky čemu se navíc ukázalo, že původní cenová nabídka byla dosti nadsazená. EDIT: Reaguji na odpověď firmy níže - ta totiž jen potvrzuje, jak tragická jejich komunikace a spolehlivost je. V nabídce termín provedení samozřejmě byl. Emailem jsem nabídku potvrdil a požádal o vystavení objednávky - v souladu s postupem uvedeným v zaslané cenové nabídce. Když ale ani po několika dnech nikdo nereagoval, panu Lejskovi jsem telefonoval a zakázku jsme si potvrdili. Slíbil objednávku poslat. Avšak ani po týdnu se nikdo neozval, žádná komunikace, prostě nic - za co jsem vlastně rád, protože když si tady čtu další recenze, tak jsem kromě peněz ušetřil i hodně nervů... EDIT2: Firma se konečně ozvala - přesně 21 dnů od zaslání cenové nabídky, což jsou zároveň 2 dny PO začátku termínu realizace, který v ní byl uveden. Ozvala se s tím, že chtějí "upřesnit" termín realizace... I confirmed the price offer by email and telephone. No one has spoken since. Communication and overall reliability of this company is tragic. EDIT: I respond to the company's response below - it just confirms how tragic their communication and reliability is. There was, of course, an execution date on offer. I confirmed the offer by email and asked for an order - in accordance with the procedure specified in the sent price offer. But when no one responded even after a few days, I called Mr. Lejsk and we confirmed the order. He promised to send the order. However, even after a week, no one answered, no communication, just nothing - which I actually like, because when I read other reviews here, I saved not only money but also a lot of nerves ... EDIT2: The company finally called - exactly 21 days from sending the price offer, which is also 2 days AFTER the beginning of the implementation date, which was stated in it. She said that they want to "specify" the date of implementation ...

Mockrát děkuji za navržena řešení a kvalitní práci. Rozhodně doporučuji. I very much praise Mr. Lejska's approach to the agreement, he even proposed a solution that saved us the cost of replacing the roofing, the waterproofing paint used works great and no longer leaks.
