★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborný minipvovar. Zdejší sládek a majitel pan ing. Kalous začínal původně s žambereckým pivem. Později se stal provozovatelem minipivovaru Letohradský jelen, který sídlí v Žamberku, respektive na jeho okraji.
Letohradský jelen se nachází v zemědělském areálu (konkrétně v prostoru někdejších jatek). Jako parafráze na někdejší zkratku JZD (Jednotné Zemědělské Družstvo) mají zde zkratku stejnou, která ale značí Je Zde Dobře!
O kvalitě zdejšího piva mimo jiné svědčí, že vyrábí pravidelně piva pro pražské restaurační podniky Pivo a párek.
Zdejší pivo snese ty nejvyšší parametry.
Ale pokud se jej chcete napít, tak musíte do Letohradu, kde má svůj výčep.

Excellent mini-brewery. The local brewer and owner, Mr. Kalous, originally started with Žamberk beer. He later became the operator of the Letohradský jelen mini-brewery, which is based in Žamberk or on its outskirts.
Letohrad deer is located in the agricultural area (specifically in the area of the former slaughterhouse). As a paraphrase of the former abbreviation JZD (Jednotné Zemědělské Družstvo) they have the same abbreviation here, which means It's Here Well!
The quality of the local beer is evidenced, among other things, by the fact that it regularly produces beers for the Prague restaurant Pivo a párek.
The local beer can withstand the highest parameters.
But if you want to drink it, you have to go to Letohrad, where it has its bar.
