★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi mě překvapil přístup při řešení reklamace, kdy balíček od doručovací služby GLS přišel poškozený, ale bylo mi i navzdory tomu, že pravděpodobně nesla vinu za poškození přepravní společnost, nabídnuta kompenzace v podobě nových produktů a to zdarma. Ůdajně si to s přepravcem sami vyřídí :) ... takže za mě super a koření je chutné!
 I was very surprised by the approach in resolving the complaint, when the package from the GLS delivery service came damaged, but despite the fact that the shipping company was probably to blame for the damage, I was offered compensation in the form of new products, free of charge. They are said to deal with the carrier themselves :) ... so great for me and the spices are delicious!
