M	Martin Rumian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po e-mailovém kontaktování eshopu, jsem byl až překvapen s jakou ochotou mi chtěli pomoci. Dlouho jsem brouzdal internetem a hledal pár dílů na sekačku Fieldmann. Bohužel bez úspěchu. Pán z hodnoceného e-shopu mi sdělil že mnou požadované díly by bylo možné dostat až bude objednávat u výrobce nejdřív do 14 dnů. Samozřejmě jsem souhlasil a čekal jestli se nakonec nebudu muset poohlédnout jinde. Uteklo 5 dní a pán psal že má díly na stole ?. Takto si představuji komunikaci se zákazníkem. Z mé strany naprostá spokojenost. Vše co jsem si objednal jsem dostal. Bohužel nedokážu posoudit zda jsem přeplatil nebo ušetřil. Za mě tedy ? Unfortunately without success. The gentleman from the evaluated e-shop told me that it would be possible to get the parts I requested when he ordered from the manufacturer within 14 days at the earliest. Of course, I agreed and waited to see if I would have to look elsewhere in the end. 5 days passed and the gentleman wrote that he had parts on the table ?. This is how I imagine communication with the customer. Absolute satisfaction on my part. I got everything I ordered. Unfortunately, I can't judge whether I overpaid or saved. So for me ?
D	Daniel Spass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel já nemám dobrou zkušenost s klientským servisem, s dobrou náladou jsem se pána zeptal na stav objednávky a div jsem nedostal seřváno, že mám číst velký nápis kde si, že to trvá 4 pracovní dny. Nelíbil se mi arogantní ton hlasu pána. Nakoupil jsem asi naposled. M	Michal Kostroň on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantní majitel. Dostal jsem vyhubováno za jeho vlastní neschopnost. Po telefonické výzvě jsem měl následující den vyzvednout sekačku. Po příchodu na prodejnu druhý den sekačka nikde. Údajně se vozila v majitelově autě. Otočil jsem se na patě a dorazil následující pracovní den. Po záměrném zdržování a asi 5 minutách vyplňování faktury předemnou přistáli dva papíry, přičemž jeden byl nevyplněný, jen částka a nic. Ohradil jsem se. Pak už jen vztek a nenávist. Sem ne. J	Jiří Formik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16.6 jsem objednal díly, po týdnu jsem volal protože z jejich strany nebyla žádná reakce. Objednal jsem žáci nůž a jeho unašeč. Bylo mi řečeno že čekají na dodání nože a že začátkem týdne bude objednávka odeslána. Dnes 30.6.2021 protože ze strany obchodu opět žádná reakce, tak jsem volal. Bylo mi řečeno že žačí nůž dorazil, ale mezi tím prodali ten unašeč který čekal než dorazí nůž na který původně čekali.... A že teď čekají na dodání toho unašeče....? Velmi špatná zkušenost! Nekomunikují!! Objednávku jsem zrušil a díly jsem objednal od výrobce sekačky a ještě o 1/3 levněji. 16.6 I ordered parts, after a week I called because there was no reaction from them. And that they are now waiting for the delivery of the carrier ....? Very bad experience! They don't communicate !! I canceled the order and I ordered the parts from the mower manufacturer and even 1/3 cheaper.
j	jakub xxx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednání z internetu čekáte 2-5 dní i přesto ze mají zboží skladem.na dotaz mi bylo řečeno že by nedělali nic jiného než internetové zakázky až přijdu na řadu tak přijdu,za4 dny bohužel taky mají jen do16:00.obsluha si nás dvou zákazníků všimla až docela po dlouhé době. No z nouze ctnost doufám že nebudu muset nic reklamoval.. You wait 2-5 days from the Internet, even though they have the goods in stock. Určitě budu objednávat i další věci z toho obchodu. Large selection, mainly of spare parts for garden equipment. Excellent communication and delivery time to your complete satisfaction. M	Marta Vojtková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEDOPORUČUJI!!! Po komunikaci s majitelem Romanem Kylarem a paní Michaelou Marečkovou již nechci mít s tímto obchodem nic společného. A to jsme řešili vcelku banální problém, kdy následná komunikace byla fakt nechutná. Musím říct, že mě to překvapilo hlavně ze strany majitele. Zákazníků tam asi mají plný zuby. ? Rozhodně bych tam nechtěla řešit reklamaci drahého zboží nebo jiný závažný problém. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! After communicating with the owner Roman Kylar and Mrs. Michaela Marečková, I no longer want anything to do with this business. And we solved a rather banal problem, where the subsequent communication was really disgusting. I must say that I was surprised mainly by the owner. Customers there probably have their teeth full. ? I would definitely not want to solve a complaint about expensive goods or another serious problem.
