Poté se nic nedělo, na urgenci mailem jsem dostal odpověď že už se zboží bude odesílat a světe div se, týden a půl se zase nic nedělo. Napsal jsem tedy požadavek na zrušení objednávky a vrácení platby, to proběhlo během jednoho dne. Pokud chcete objednat z tohoto e-shopu, radši si to rozmyslete. Definitely not recommended. I ordered the goods, paid and the payment was received. After that nothing happened, on the urgent mail I received an answer that the goods will be shipped and wonder, for a week and a half nothing happened again. So I wrote a request to cancel the order and refund, which was within a day. If you want to order from this e-shop, think better.

Nyní čekám týden, bez omluvy z prodléní, takže ono "Většinu objednávek expedujeme do 24 hodin. 96% objednávek doručíme do 2 dnů." pravda není a je spíše tak trochu blábol . S blížícími se státními svátky zboží možná dostanu někdy až přístí týden....? Goods ordered and paid on 24.6.21 .... The goods were delivered to the Shipment only after 5 days. Obchod ve všech směrech velmi doporučuji.? The order came very soon. The communication went without any problems (for me as a beginner with 3D printing, it is priceless!). I highly recommend the shop in all respects.?

Objednávka stále není vyřízená, i když byla dle jejich oznámení před třemi dny vyřízená. Na PPL ale tracking říká, že ji PPLku ještě nepředali. Jdu hledat solidnějšího dodavatele. Kdyby šlo dát bez hvězdičky, volil bych tuto volbu. They don't pick up the phone and you can call them all day and both available numbers. The order is still pending, even though it was reported three days ago. At PPL, however, tracking says that they have not yet been handed over to PPL. I'm going to look for a more solid supplier. If it were possible to give without an asterisk, I would choose this option.

Když se náhodou dovoláte lžou o termínu odeslání, číslo balíku nejsou schopni sdělit. Nechtěl bych zde něco reklamovat. Firma bez historie s tragickým přístupem. Důrazně nedoporučuji. O mnohém svědčí i fakt, že po mé negativní recenzi, se během hodiny objevili dvě pozitivní, aby se upravilo skóre hodnocení. If you happen to lie about the deadline, they will not be able to tell you the package number. I would not like to complain here. A company without history with a tragic approach. I strongly do not recommend. The fact that after my negative review, two positives appeared within the class in order to adjust the score score also testifies to a lot.

A part I have ordered was marked as in stock yet nothing was happening. So I contacted them, and it turned they don't have the part and it will take them 10 days to get it. Luckily, cancellation of the order went well and I got my money back, so for that 1 extra star.
