Liberec Cafe - a beautiful new cafe, which we just had to try. As instagram users, however, we do not understand the logic of two accounts of this café (Liberec Café and Café Liberec), while the active account is the one with the wrong name and specifically the Liberec Café. No need to pause over the name of the cafe, which does not too much creativity, but what already. The first thing that kind of stopped us when we came to the cafe is the music playing from the cellphone to the bar, which the operator is playing for a better mood (nothing against music, that's a good idea, but it would be worth investing in some equipment). After the arrival of the staff, we found ourselves in the past, when it was still "IN" to wear a full black knee skirt and a white shirt. If we are talking about a nice café with a relaxed atmosphere, the uniforms here really have nothing to do. With a puzzled expression, we review the price list of the coffee offered. If I come to a cafe, I would expect coffee to understand ... so I don't see how it is possible that double espresso costs more than flatwhite. After the first loco of the ordered flatwhite coffee, I understood that the art of coffee really did not understand. The coffee that tastes gently and is usually decorated with a latte art lather, has been burned and somewhat unsightly. Not to mention that it was served on an apparently long-used stone-age tin tray, with sugars in a paper bag and a shot of water, which apparently stood at the bar all day, along with a tray of other prearranged friends. After inquiring if he would cook our breakfast a few minutes before eleven when he cooks until eleven, the staff replied that he didn't have a cook, so he would have to cook breakfast himself. So with light concern we ordered breakfast in the end. After a few minutes, however, we were told that the avocado had taken place. In the end, the staff brought the food separately, while the second meal was baked, even though it was written along with it. Perhaps we wouldn't have such anxieties about eating alone, except for unnecessary, crusty, non-flavored, and bitter salads. So we came to the conclusion that everybody can not really operate a good cafe in Liberec and if we do not change the indifference and attitude of the owner of this café, we will not visit it again, even though we think it is a pity for such a beautiful place.

Environment pleasant, coffee just fine. Just certainly can still work on the service. Getting water to the coffee is cool, just on a tin tray with sugar in a shot I find it very cheap and evokes me would-be cafes with "quality" lavazza coffee ?‍♂️
