★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Týden dopředu dohodnutý termín zrušil 1 hod. předtím než měl dorazit na výměnu plynové hadice.... Potom jsem mu 3x volal s tím že se ozve, už se nezavolal...... Takové jednání jsem nikdy nezažil!!!!!
 One week in advance, he canceled the agreed deadline 1 hour before he had to arrive to change the gas hose .... Then I called him 3 times, saying that he would call, he did not call again ...... I have never experienced such a behavior !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě super, na špatné recenze nedám, takže jsem volala. Webovky profi a přehledné. Pan Vorel ochotný, milý, hned nabídl termín v daném tydnu. Srazim hvězdičku za půl hodku zpoždění, ale s tím se i počítá. :)
For me, I do not give a bad review, so I called. Websites profi and clear. Mr. Vorel, willing, dear, has offered the term in that week. I crash the star in a half hour delay, but it counts. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stejná zkušenost jako ostatní. Na domluvený termín v pátek nepřijel. Po telefonu z mé strany, kdy dorazí, se mu prý rozbilo auto a čeká na odtah a ozve se v pondělí. Je středa a nikdo se neozval...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel to samé, jako u předchozí recenze - domluven termín na výměnu hadice, ale kontaktovat jsem jej musel já, zda nezapomněl a po příslibu, že zavolá, se již neozval. Nehorázné chování - stačilo říct na rovinu, že nemá čas už při objednávání!! Kvůli tomuto člověku jsem si bral volno z práce!! Nevolejte mu a neobjednávejte si jej, ať nedopadnete jako já.
Unfortunately, the same as in the previous review - an appointment was agreed to replace the hose, but I had to contact him to see if he had not forgotten, and after promising to call, he did not respond. Outrageous behavior - it was enough to say plainly that he doesn't have time to order !! Because of this man, I took time off from work !! Don't call him or order him until you end up like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mne dobré. Pan Vorel přijel tak, jak slíbil. Udělal to co bylo potřeba, doporučil další postup. Zatím vše v pořádku. Jednu hvězdičku nechávám jako rezervu, jestli úspěšně dokončíme výměnu topidla, ventilu a hadice.
Good for me. Mr. Vorel arrived as promised. He did what was needed, recommended further action. So far, so good. I leave one star as a reserve if we successfully complete the replacement of the heater, valve and hose.
