★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have just been on a viewing with the agency. The agent made an appointment with 2 people at once (probably waiting for some private offers) putting us both in an awkward position. Asked me about our nationality, promised to call later, and what is even more disrespectful, stayed with the other client. That is not how the things should be done.
