To start with the table across from us was served a pork steak with green beans etc but ordered a beef steak which was then taken away and after they asked several times included going into the restaurant! correct meal was served, We ordered a pork steak with green beans bacon bits and "fried potatoes " A pork steak with a hot sauce and "chips" After one and a half hours and several requests from the waitresses if we had ordered the meals they were carrying our meals arrived! With the incorrect side orders the pork steak with the hot sauce had the roast potatoes on it and the pork steak " more an pork rest than a steak" Had chips on it, The problem being the hot sauce was all over the roast potatoes so a simple swap was not possible! We asked what had happened " a shoulder shrug was the answer? So we ate from each others plates as we did not want to wait another couple of hours to eat. My pork was terrible and we finished quickly and asked for the bill ....... after half an hour the bill did not arrive ? So I went in the restaurant to ask what was going on! The waitress looked at me in shock and pulled my bill from her pocket then after she served someone else she came over to the bar so I could pay. We love Czech restaurants and food but this was a shock as normalyl the people are nice and the food is top class.
