J	Jiří Pešek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prisli jsme do servisu s problemem ohledne vymeny zadniho plaste, pan na nas arogantne vyjel, ze kolo je komplet ve spatnem stavu, ze je spatne utazeno apodobne (nic takoveho, pouze na vymenu zadni plast). Po necele hodine vymeny zadniho plaste nam jej vratil. Po 5ti minutach jsem prisli na to, ze zadni kolo, ktere bylo na vymene, je za prve spatne upevneno (cele se kyvalo pri jizde). Po nasem spraveni, jsme dosli k tomu, ze cely brzdovy system nebyl spravne utazen, tim padem nefunkcni ( kdyby jsme na to neprisli, mohlo dojit, a nebojim se rict, i k tragedii). Spravili jsme tedy i utahli a zfunkcnili system zadnich brzd. Po asi 15 minutach jizdy kdy jsme byli ve vyslapu do kopce, se ozvalo u kola ohromne krupnuti. Vysledkem bylo, ze prevodovka se uvolnila, a zasekla se do dratu od zadniho kola. Nechapu jake zkusensti s timto servisem nekdo ma, ze ma hodnoceni 4,9, ale pokud je v poradku, ze nekdo kdo se nevyzna v kolech, prijde so tohoto servisu a odejde se sebevrazednym strojem, potom to chapu. Za nas absolutni nespokojenost a nikomu nedoporocuji. Arogantni pan co si mysli buh vi co, nauctuje si pres hodinu pracu kvuli vymene zadniho plaste a jeste vyda takove dilo. Hnus velebnosti We came to the service with a problem regarding the replacement of the rear plastic, Mr. arrogantly said that the wheel is completely in poor condition, that it is incorrectly tightened, etc. (nothing like that, only to replace the rear plastic). After less than an hour of replacement of the rear plastic, he returned it to us. After 5 minutes, we found out that the rear wheel, which was on the exchange, is first incorrectly fixed (the whole swinged while driving). After our repair, we came to the conclusion that the entire brake system was not properly tightened, thus malfunctioning (if we did not find out, it could happen, and I'm not afraid to say tragedy). So we did tighten and function the rear brake system. After about 15 minutes of driving, when we were in the hill climb, there was a huge crunch at the bike. As a result, the transmission came loose and jammed into the wire from the rear wheel. I don't understand what experience someone has with this service, that I have a rating of 4.9, but if it's okay that someone who doesn't know bikes comes from this service and leaves with a suicide machine, then I understand. Absolute dissatisfaction for us and I do not recommend to anyone. An arrogant gentleman who thinks God knows what, he's teaching herself to work over an hour to replace the back plastic and still publish such a work. Hnus majesty

Vzhledem k tomu, že jsou pláště na kole 15 let, tak jsem si myslel, že jsou úplně nové. I really got professional advice. Light is light, lock is a lock and you have your cloaks down. Since the tires have been on the bike for 15 years, I thought they were brand new.
