Limes-apartments

Pleasant apartment building in a side street not too far from the old town (20 minutes walk). Our apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly & helpful. A washing machine in the apartment was a bonus.

Very warm and cozy. Warm water seem to end in night so its better fir people who like morning showers. I had a bit problem. Otherwise there was sugar in flat, 2 TVs, huge bathtub. I recommend.

Great apartments, very well equipped, 15 minutes walk to the center. The price for accommodation was incredibly low for the quality. Rooms have their own kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, closet, really comfy and big bed.

The apartments are well furnished and comfortable. You have everything what you need. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The location is good, well connected to the city center and station by public transport. The heating worked well, and we couldn't hear our neighbors, so I guess they did a good job isolating the different apartments, considering there were lots of kids around. The highlight of the place was the receptionist. She really went the extra mile, being sure our keys were ready even before we arrived, giving us a lot of advice about the city, etc. It was a true pleasure being received by her. By the way, She looked like an angel.

A nice place to stay for a very cheap price. We got alot of information when we first arrived about good restaurants and grocery stores that are located nearby. We also got information about transport and tourist attractions in Prague. The room was clean and looked very modern, TV in both rooms. Not much to complain about. A good place to stay.

Nice, clean, modern and well equipped apartments. On the top floor even with AC. Personal is friendly and helpful. The location is close to the city center. Public transportation is great. Stores and good restaurants nearby. Perfect choice even for groups.

I haven't got the pleasure to stay in this structure, but the rudeness of the staff is flawless. There's many different way to respond and still keep conversation in a sane and natural way. But apparently they can't, or they don't know how to interface with public, and general request.

Booking.com Potential Scam Alert: Beware Early Reservations. We reserved the property way in advance in order to avoid the busy season hassle. One month after I reserved, the property requested a credit card update, claiming it was invalid (I used the same credit card just the previous day and worked absolutely fine). I tried to update the card, but got the same error from the site = "Invalid card". I contacted the property to send me the error details so I can forward them to the bank - but instead, they just cancelled the reservation. I asked them to reinstate the reservation, but they claimed they could not do it, all they could do is to offer a new reservation - for a much higher price. The prices have obviously increased in this period of time, as it was expected - this is why I reserved early. Any reservation nat this point will cost me at least 50% more, and I am left without options. I contacted Booking too - and they claimed there is nothing they could do - although in all fairness, it's their technical issue (not to recognise valid credit cards). I called the property too, but they did not even pick up the phone. Awful customer service. Which is why it leads me to believe, this is most likely a scam where both Booking and the property cooperate - if I obliged to pay (reserve again), both of them benefit of the price increase. Neither Booking nor the property are interested in resolving this issue.
