Well located, very hard-working staff, apartment at the entrance a bit dirty but otherwise in tip-top condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren An Pfingsten in Lipnotip. Alles tiptop, wir hatten die Superior Villa. Sehr schönes Haus, gehobene Ausstattung, tolle Küche, es fehlt an nichts. Die Terrasse mit teilweise Blick auf den See lädt zum entspannen ein. Empfehlung!
We were at Pentecost in Lipnotip. Everything was great, we had the superior villa. Very nice house, upscale amenities, great kitchen, nothing is missing. The terrace with partial view of the lake invites you to relax. Recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Místo krásné, ubytování a interiér moderní, čistý, skvělý. Vše doplněné i o zahrádku s venkovním posezením a možností grilování. Jen se to vyplatí ve více lidech - z nedostatku volných termínů jsme si vzali apartmán (vilku) se 3 ložnicemi a využívali jen jednu. Trochu nás zklamalo, že kromě poměrně vysoké platby za noc nám byl naučtován i "závěrečný úklid" za cca 1500Kč a ještě cca 250Kč za každý kus povlečení. Ať je klidně cena vyšší, ale ať je udávána kompletně za 1 noc, a ne bez těch všech nadstandardních poplatků navíc, poté.
Ve finále nám tam chybělo obyčejné mýdlo na ruce, jar s houbičkou (byla tam myčka, ale když si chcete třeba jen umýt nůž od masa, tak ho nechci dávat na 2 hodiny do myčky) a třeba rychlovarná konvice.
Location beautiful, accommodation and interior modern, clean, great. Everything is complemented by a garden with outdoor seating and barbecue. It just pays off in more people - because of the lack of free dates, we took a 3-bedroom apartment (a villa) and used only one. We were a bit disappointed that in addition to a relatively high payment per night we were taught "final cleaning" for about 1500CZK and still about 250CZK for each piece of bedding. Whatever the price is higher, but let it be totally charged for 1 night, and not without all the extra charges, then.
In the final there was no ordinary hand soap, a jar with a sponge (there was a dishwasher, but if you just need to wash the meat knife, I don't want to put it in the dishwasher for 2 hours) and a kettle.
