Žalostná kvalita služeb i komunikace. Zakázka se řešila cca. tři čtvrtě roku z důvodů opakujících se závad, opomenutí, chybějících dílů apod. Nejprve chyběl regulační ventil. Po instalaci tělesa se zjistilo, že má chybně namontovaný díl - muselo se odmontovat, nechat zabalit a poslat na druhý konec republiky, pak opět přivést a namontovat - a začalo téct z důvodu neutáhlého závitu (takže se celý proces opakoval). Mezitím se pánům podařilo urvat plastové držáky a nakonec ještě odřít barvu radiátoru a reklamaci odmítli uznat. Silně nedoporučuji. Neochota a neschopnost.

Asi nejméně kvalitní firma od A do Z, ze dvou objednávek 2x neuspěch, křivě navařené závity na redukce? pak to teče.... osobně jsem měnil radiátory orion v celém bytě, rezli, protekáli. ZADARMO DRAHÉ

Lipovica has the worst costumer service, they sent me wrong product (which is cheaper) and then disappear! I ordered 2 heaters 3 months ago. Got one different from what I ordered. It took them a week just to realize that this is a "human error". Now its winter time and I dont have proper heating because of their "error". Jan the ceo is not communicative at all. Takes him days to reply to one question. I returned them the wrong heater but cant catch anyone, no one answers the emails and Jan doesnt pick up the phone anymore. He promissed me that I will get new heater, well that is not happening. So now I have 1 heater when I paid for 2, didnt get any refund, apologies or new product. And on top of that they disappear and dont answer me anymore. It seems that I have to take legal actions against them. Stay away from them if you dont want to freeze in winter time. Edit: I got another radiator 4 months after the initial order. Jan promissed they will cover the cost of returning the wrong radiator to them. Now he has many excuses why they cant refund me. Also, the description of the radiators is inaccurate in terms of the size and number of sections. I told him... His reply is "the description is probably wrong on the site". I got radiators without a plug. According to the instructions, it should be wired directly to the main electric box, and can't be plugged into a socket you already have. Ive asked Jan several times before I ordered if I need to do any wiring for this heaters. He told me multiple times that no electrician or wiring needed. It seems that he doesnt familiar with the products he sells. Btw, he just dropship them and when there is any problem he blame everyone else and never take any responsibility. Dont be impressed by the reply below. This is the nicest message I ever got from them. Their costumer support is horrible, even by Czech standarts.
