★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oprava auta po nehodě z povinného ručení, kdy pojišťovna byla smluvním partnerem LK automontu. Přístup pracovníků byl profesionální a příjemný. Veškeré administrativní věci měli připraveny, při předání mého auta do opravy jsem podepsal připravené podklady, dostal jsem k užívání náhradní vozidlo. Do týdne bylo mé auto opraveno a to excelentně. Odstín barvy opravované části vozidla vynikající, mezery kolem nového blatníku stejné nikde žádný odskok, nebo menší či větší mezery. Tímto ještě jednou dík za odvedenou práci a přístup.
Car repair after the MTPL accident, when the insurance company was a contractual partner of LK automont. Workers' approach was professional and enjoyable. All the administrative stuff was ready, when I handed over my car for repair I signed the prepared documents, I got a spare vehicle for use. Within a week my car was repaired and it was excellent. The shade of the car's repaired parts excellent, the gaps around the new fender the same nowhere any bounce or smaller or larger gaps. Thanks again for your work and access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Řešil jsem u nich pojistnou událost a myslel jsem si že nabízí profesionální služby... bohužel jediné co musím ocenit je lakýrnická práce. Při předání auta jsem byl s výsledkem lakování spokojen. Ovšem jakmile jsem si auto vyzvedl tak jsem zjistil že nejdou nastavit zrcátka (neřešil bych .... kabel jsem si zapojil) ale pak jsem zjistil že nejde světlo při otevření dveří a kabel jsem nenašel... když jsem jim to vezl zpátky tak zjistily že tam kabel ani nezapojily a ani nenatáhli. Na spolujezdcových dveří nedoléhá těsnění kolem okna. Poklepem jsem zjistil že mi tam dali nějaké polské šmejdy ikdyž jsem jim říkal že chci originál.......vysmáli se mi.....a odpoved od nich byla ta že auto už může mít díly opravované a kitované..... proto ten jiný zvuk plechu......tomu jsem se jen zasmál.... už nikdy více po této zkušenosti. Udělali ze mě debila a ani po sobě nezkontrolovali svou práci....
I solved an insurance claim with them and I thought that it offered professional services ... unfortunately the only thing I have to appreciate is the painting work. When handing over the car, I was satisfied with the result of the painting. However, as soon as I picked up the car, I found out that the mirrors could not be adjusted (I would not solve .... I plugged in the cable) but then I found out that there was no light when opening the door and I did not find the cable ... when I drove it back that they neither plugged in nor stretched the cable there. There is no seal around the passenger door around the window. I found out by tapping that they gave me some Polish smudges there, even though I told them that I wanted the original ....... they laughed at me ..... and the answer from them was that the car can already have parts repaired and kited ... .. that's why that different sheet metal sound ...... I just laughed at it .... never again after this experience. They made me a moron and didn't even check their work one after the other ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naše výcvikové vozidlo bylo nabouráno ze strany kamionem (viník nehody). Oprava dveří, blatníku... lakování. Zapůjčeno náhradní vozidlo. Vše opraveno velmi brzy. Auto vypadá opět jako nové. Opravdu mohu jen doporučit. Maximálně profesionání.
Our training vehicle was wrecked by a truck (accident culprit). Repair of doors, fender ... painting. Spare vehicle rented. Everything fixed very soon. The car looks like new again. I really can only recommend. Maximum professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měl jsem nabourané dveře u spolujezdce - na parkovišti do mě nacouvala jedna paní a přes pojišťovnu jsem si domluvil tento servis. Vše si vyřídili s pojišťovnou sami. Oprava trvala týden a na autě to není vůbec poznat. Skvěle odvedená práce.
I had a broken down door with a passenger - a lady was backing into me in the parking lot, and I arranged this service through the insurance company. They did everything with the insurance company themselves. The repair took a week and you can't tell it on the car at all. Great job done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento pneuservis nedoporučuji. Neví co je to rotace u zimních pneumatik. Už mi dvakrát přezuli zimní pneu obráceně.
I do not recommend this tire service. He doesn't know what winter tire rotation is. Twice they have changed my winter tires the other way around.
