★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pořád jsem si myslela, že tohle zelí je super, ale pak jsem zjistila, že to výborné zelí není Lobkowicz, ale zelí Křimice od Forejtů. Nechápu, že se to tak plete. Od Lobkowiczů byla jen zelná šťáva, ze které mi vyskákaly pupínky na krku.
I kept thinking that this cabbage was great, but then I found out that the delicious cabbage is not Lobkowicz, but the cabbage Křimice from Forejt. I don't understand that this is wrong. There was only cabbage juice from the Lobkowicz, from which my pimples jumped on my neck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zelárna křimického zelí se nachází v budově bývalého pivovaru z roku 1903, který však byl při okupaci demontován a odvezen. Na začátku 50 let byla zelárna přestěhována ze zámku do budovy bývalého pivovaru a zde je dodnes. Krimické zelí se nakrouhá, osolí, přidá se kmín a našlape se do modřínových kádí a pak se jen čeká na výsledek??.
The Křimice cabbage greenhouse is located in the building of the former brewery from 1903, which, however, was dismantled and taken away during the occupation. At the beginning of the 50s, the greenhouse was moved from the chateau to the building of the former brewery and is still there today. Crimean cabbage is peeled, salted, cumin is added and it is trampled into larch vats and then just waiting for the result.
