An incredible tragedy. The company obviously does not have enough qualified employees who are professionally qualified to work. The person who aimed the outdoor blinds for the first time came to the sight and, of course, unsuccessfully (a later excuse that he is a specialist in garage doors and has no experience with blinds was really sad ..) Anyway, it could be excused. But what can no longer be excused, after about a month of waiting for new blinds, there is another hesitation, when after the technicians came to install the blinds, they came to another mistake caused by the same employee. Therefore, there was a further postponement of completion. All in all, the installation of the blinds lasted for more than 16 weeks. In order not to be just negative, I must highlight the exemplary approach of the fitter, who is probably an exception in this company and was able to put out the problems of his, I dare say incompetent colleague. Communication is probably not their strong point either, which was confirmed by several ridiculous facts that I experienced. The last straw was when Mrs. Režová told me on the phone that anything other than blinds is not their problem and therefore they will not solve it at their expense (after installing blinds, the connection of lights and switches on the terrace stopped working - their intervention in the apartment connection failed) . After this experience, I do not recommend the company and today I would rather turn to someone else. At least I would save a lot of time and nerves .. :)
