I have to commend Audi service for the willingness and speed of work and the correction of my car problem. Although a year ago I was a little annoyed by the attitude of one worker, when he was not willing, I would rather say annoying. This time everything is number one.

When buying a new car (VW) amazing approach. It was worse with the car service. The inspection of the car after three years turned out that the car left the service and after 300 km the transmission broke. It took a month to fix it. Replacement was not available! In the meantime, the car was ordered for new wiring, and it was found out during the handover that the wiring was not finished. Half a year later, our mechanic discovered an oil leak. The vehicle was re-ordered for inspection, oil leaks and annoying noises from the front axle. The car was not even on the jack, the mechanic with the car drove 200m !!! After that, he professionally stated the location of the shock absorber. He didn't diagnose the oil leak, just parrots what I told him. The car drove in the direction of Stuttgart again, after 500 km on the highway we found out that the front brake caused unpleasant noises. So the car was again tightened to the service brzd back 500km. The mechanic only claimed his pre-educational fairy tale. Admission technician the same. And that the car was not ordered for the sounds from the front axle, but only for the diagnosis of oil leakage. Which didn't happen. For me, service is absolutely insufficient, customer service is a disaster. I will not have my car repaired here or buy a new one here. Michal Malek
