Lovely Prague Apartments

The room was nice and the location great near Namesti Republic. On the bad side the kitchen is of gas and there is no lighter, I found a couple of spider webs below the furniture with two nice thick spiders, on the weekend you can (faintly) hear the music of a close pub and the room service changes the trash bit doesn't actually clean anything, as I found a fallen cookie in the middle of the living room.

Chic Apartment to stay. Parking is very hard to find. Instead, we parked our car in the mall. And we encountered a very unfriendly local man who hates tourists He told us why we went to visit Prague?! that visitors makes their place traffic. We came there to spend our money. In fact, the city also makes Money from the tourists. Strange abnormal person!!!

Without a doubt one of the nicest apartments i have ever stayed in, it looks fantastic and has every feature you could possibly want. The location was perfect and in close proximity to everything we needed. There is a cheap pub next door as well as a convenience store just down the road. The boiler did break down but it was promptly fixed and never impacted our stay at all. I would highly recommend this location for any couples that fancy a weekend away.

Ruined our stay. Contacted the hotel that we would arrive there shortly before midnight. The response was that this wouldn't be a problem and we could get our keys at another hotel 24/7 and just check in on the next day during normal hours (about 11am). On the way to Prague our car broke down, so we had a delay and arrived in the city at about 10am, planning to check-in normally. Unfortunately the hotel contacted us that our stay was cancelled already at 8.30am and we had to still pay the full amount (no reaching out to us whatsoever). We had to book another place last second and still pay for the "lovely" apartment... It's close to a scam if you ask me.

We (two friends) stayed there for five nights in November 2021. The apartment had a lot of space and a very central location. The price was too high for the condition of the apartment itself.There were a few things that were bugging us. First of all, our dishwasher did not work. We contacted the hotel per WhatsApp and they assured us they would fix it ASAP. No one showed up and fixed it. Secondly, the apartment itself was a bit worn down. There was a weird liquid dripping down in our kitchen over the sink, coming out of the wall. A few lights in the apartment didn't work, so it was overall very dark inside. Lastly there were stains on the kitchen wall, probably mold, since it smelled like it. The Housekeeping only removed the trash everyday, so the floor was quite dirty at the end of our stay.

The apartment is very clean and well prepared for guests. It offers comfort for the travellers.

Where do I begin to explain how terrible this company is. Firstly they offer a taxi reservation that will pick us up from the airport to the reception for around 650czk. So we decided to book this to make our transportation more seamless. On arrival our driver was waiting for us, she took us from the airport and then dropped us off at what we thought was our location. It turned out that the driver had dropped us off at the totally wrong location. Having discovered this we had to then carry all our luggage for 1/2 miles to the destination we had originally paid for by lovely apartments. We struggled to get an apology from the person on reception as she stated or wasn't their problem so take it up with the taxi services. They just offered us a really cheap bottle of wine as a sorry. In theory they should have given us the 700czk back that we paid the driver. Moving forward to our last day, the same person on reception stated that we could leave our luggage with them once we had checked out of the apartment, which we did. They stated that the office closes at 5pm so please ensure to pick it up before they close. So, at approximately 4:20pm we arrived to collect our luggage - only to find the reception area all locked up and closed. Luckily we recognised the receptionist in the street and managed to get our luggage from the site and not miss our flights home. I asked her why have you closed "40" mins early and not contacted us? She just laughed and said nothing. How 'LOVELY' eh ?. These are the reasons I'd give them 1 star, I'd say zero stars' if the option was available. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this organisation. Zero respect or service to the paying customer, treated like dirt in all honesty. I'd never ever use lovely apartments again after this experience. I'd avoid them at all costs if you want to enjoy a trip to Prague. Shop around and find a business that ticks all the boxes. Please don't use them ??
