★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strašný přístup. Nevyřizují objednávky, slíbí zboží do dvou dnů a ani na pátý den se sami neozvou. Když jim člověk zavolá sám tak se omlouvají tím, že je nenapadlo zavolat. Po týdnu stále bez možnosti si vyprat prádlo si musíme objednat zboží sami z internetu. Už nikdy víckrát, radši si připlatím poštovné než objednávat něco zde!
Terrible attitude. They do not process orders, they promise goods within two days and they do not respond to the fifth day. When a person calls them himself, they apologize for not thinking of calling them. After a week, still without the possibility to do laundry, we have to order the goods ourselves from the Internet. Never again, I'd rather pay extra postage than order something here!
