D	David Meisel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejprve se vše jevilo, jako že ví co dělají, až po cca 4 letech se ukázalo, že systém který doporučují a montují (LOVATO) je jeden z nejhorších. Životnost přestavby necelých 5 let je hodně málo. T	Tom X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá nespokojenost!!! Z důvodu jednoduché objednávky v podobě výměny Lpg nádrže, revize a seřízení před stk jsme volili tento "servis" v blízkosti. Jelikož pán dle manželky při prohlídce vozu před objednáním neotevřel ani kapotu, nevěděl, který systém bude servisovat. Po předání a zaplacení zakázky teprve na náš dotaz sdělil, že krom výměny nádrže jiný servis neproběhl, protože " tento systém vůbec nezná, nemá k němu údržbové díly a program k seřízení ". Následovalo sdělení, že se máme ještě některý den dostavit s vozem k zapsání do technického průkazu. Prosba o kontrolu drnčícího výfuku nebyla taktéž vyslyšena, jednalo se o technicky a časově náročnou operaci uvolněný tepelný štít. Ukazatel množství Lpg v nádrži byl také do výměny plně funkční ... After submitting and paying the order, it was only upon our request that he stated that, apart from the replacement of the tank, no other service took place, because "he does not know this system at all, he does not have any maintenance parts and adjustment program". It was then announced that we were to arrive with the car some day later to be entered in the technical certificate. The request for checking the rattling exhaust was also not answered, it was a technically and time-consuming operation of a released heat shield. R	Radek P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonicky jsem si domluvil s p. Prokopem výměnu nádrže na LPG na 19.11.2020. Bylo mi sděleno, že to není problém a že tam dají italský typ. Nebude ale přístroj na palubce ukazovat stav paliva. S tím jsem souhlasil. Ještě si vymínil vozidlo vidět. To se také realizovalo. Původní nádrž byla z Holanska, Teleflex GFI. 19.11. ráno syn auto přistavil k výměně . Nebyl zpracován žádný zakázkový list, zkrátka nic. Vozidlo šel v 16 hod. převzít. Cena 10 122 Kč. Po ujetí pár stovek metrů začala nepřetržitě blikat kontrolka na přepínači režimu a pískat jako náklaďák při couvání. Po ujetí 100 km, což bylo při zvuku přepínače hodně náročné, jsem zjistil, že auto jede jen na benzín, protože se do nádrže vešly jen 3 l LPG. Takže mám novou nádrž, ale auto na LPG nejezdí. Na můj telefonát, že auto nepřetržitě píská mi pan Prokop sdělil, že jsem chtěl vyměnit jen nádrž, to provedl , že nemohl tušit, že bude přístroj pískat a že tedy je vše v pořádku . Když jsem mu řekl, že nemá dělat něco, čemu nerozumí a že budu věci řešit jinak, tak mě nařkl z toho, že mu vyhrožuji . Závěr. Auto mi v GERA Hradec Králové dnes dali do pořádku. The vehicle went to be picked up at 4 p.m. Price 10 122 CZK. After a few hundred meters, the light on the mode switch flashed continuously and whistled like a truck when reversing. After driving 100 km, which was very difficult with the sound of the switch, I found out that the car only runs on petrol, because only 3 liters of LPG fit in the tank. So I have a new tank, but the car doesn't run on LPG. On my phone call, that the car was constantly whistling, Mr. Prokop told me that I only wanted to replace the tank, he did this, that he could not have guessed that the device would whistle and that everything was fine. When I told him not to do something he didn't understand and that I would handle things differently, he accused me of threatening him. Conclusion. My car was put in order in GERA Hradec Králové today. Therefore, I do not recommend it to anyone
