★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výkopové práce v ulici zahájeny tak, že řidič auta s bagrem na korbě zastaví a začne hlasitě a opravdu sprostě řvát na celé kolo a urážet majitele, kteří si u domů nechali zaparkovaná auta. Informovanost žádná, nikde nebylo upozornění o tom, že se v ulici nesmí parkovat. Urážky slušných obyvatel tedy nebyly na místě. Firma může mít sebelepší výsledky, ale vizitkou je chování zaměstnanců. Dvě hvězdičky za to, že se mi podařilo o celé situaci informovat asistentku a ta slíbila uklidnění situace. Druhý pracovní den už bylo vše ok.

No information, no warning that no parking is allowed on the street. So the insults of the decent people were out of place. The company may have the best results, but the business card is the behavior of employees. Two stars for the fact that I managed to inform the assistant about the whole situation and she promised to calm down the situation. By the second working day, everything was ok.
