★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor travel company: so many things upset us during our week in Prague
- Paid for a private car and guide, however Lucy sent her son Patrick to double as both - he had limited knowledge of the sites, he didn’t bring any water for the tours, he told us to hurry through all the sites so as not to “inconvenience” the guides and complained that there were “hoards” of Asian tourists in his country (we’re South Asian, so that wasn’t great)
- When we told Lucy about this, her solution was to cancel all our future tours and she’d give us a refund. No apology given, and given our next tours were the following day, this would have been impossible.
- Booked us a tour to Telc, a castle surrounded by a lake, without telling us that the lake has been drained months earlier until we got there. The whole reason we went was to see this moat, and it would have been nice if we were informed of this earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agency was very easy to use based on the fact we didn't even officially sign up for a tour. We simply called and asked for a Prague Castle tour for my wife and I. Marketa, our guide should up where we were staying on time. In retrospect we should have suggested a meeting location closer to the castle to make better use of the time but we were thoroughly entertained by the history Marketa provided during our walk/TRAM ride to the castle. She was extremely informative and tailored the tour and information to us. I recommend using small group tours (2 to 8) do to there being so many tourists you may not hear your guide. Marketa speaks fluent English, Spanish, German and Czech for sure and maybe more. Ask for Marketa when arranging your tour. I don't believe you will be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to Prague for 6 days and wanted to take a day trip to Poland to see Auschwitz. Our tour guide, Lenka, was the absolute BEST. We loved her so much we booked an additional tour with her the next day. She was previously a history teacher so she can tell you so much about the city, the past and everything in between. She always made sure we knew where we were going because she would take us directly there and give extremely clear directions. Highly recommend this tour agency and recommend Lenka even more. If we come back, we will absolutely use her again!

They showed us all the important historical as well as the most picturesque vistas! They are a terrific team, both knowledgeable, both love history and they love sharing their beautiful city! We all learned so much from them! Also, they were flexible w our special requests and made all of us feel special! We highly recommend them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is only about their Private Prague Food Tour - only one place for appetizers and main entree tasting, one dessert place and one coffee place. More places for appetizers and main entree are needed.
Also hygiene should be respected. For example, guide using his hands to pull apart your food is not acceptable! Also guide using his fork in the sharing plates of not acceptable.
The good part of LucyTours is they respected our feedback and promised corrections and compensated us for these mishaps.
