Obchod je velmi nespolehlivý, nedoporučuji nikomu. V září jsem objednala přes internet výtvarné potřeby a po měsíci žádná odezva, tak jsem psala email, oni mi teprve pak zavolali, že tempery a gumy nemají na sklade a jestli chci vše poslat najednou. Tak jsme se domluvili, že vše pošlou najednou a po asi třech týdnech přišel balíček bez těch věcí co neměli předtím na skladě. Tak jsem počítala s tím, že už zboží nepřijde a najednou v půlce prosince emaily, že to posílají.
Přijde mi že poslat dvoje tempery a pár gum po skoro čtyřech měsících je dost pozde.
V tomto obchodě už si nikdy nic nekoupím !!

The business is very unreliable, I do not recommend it to anyone. In September, I ordered art supplies online and after a month, no response, so I wrote an email, they only called me that tempera and tires are not in stock and if I want to send everything at once. So we agreed that they would send everything at once, and after about three weeks, the package arrived without the things they didn't have in stock before. So I expected that the goods would no longer arrive, and suddenly in mid-December, emails were sent.
It occurs to me that sending two tempera and a few tires after almost four months is quite late.
I will never buy anything in this shop again !!
