★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím, co se nelíbí panu Graciánu Svačinovi. Kdyby reagoval podle reklamačního řádu a zboží při převzetí rozbalil a zkontroloval, neměl by problém. On ale nic takového nepíše a jen nenávistně vyhrožuje.
