★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ještě se mi nestalo, abych nepořídila, obsluha příjemná, prostředí normální, možná by to chtělo větší prostory, ale vzhledem k tomu, že já jdu vždy přímo pro určitý titul, mi to vlastně nevadí. Když už bych chtěla jen tak na kukačku?, zajedu na Václavák.
It hasn't happened to me yet that I don't get it, the service is pleasant, the environment is normal, it might want more space, but since I always go directly for a certain title, I don't really mind. If I just want to cuckoo, I'll go to Václavák.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menší pobočka, využil jsem jako výdejní místo. Když jsem dorazil, byla tam fronta až na Mars, jenže pokladním to šlo od ruky a během chviličky jsem už byl na řadě. Děkuji!
A smaller branch, I used as a dispensing point. When I arrived, there was a queue all the way to Mars, but the cashiers were free and it was my turn in a moment. Thank you!

Now before the holidays quite full, small space, otherwise everything ok..i staff willing..can pick up volumes from the e-shop. It used to be possible to buy more gift items here. It's a pity that now almost nothing
