Luxury Loft

Положительный: Очень красивые апартаменты совсем близко от центра. Уютно. Мебель не новая, потертая, но очень чисто. В принципе нам все понравилось.. Негативный: Мы ехали машинами и точное время прибытия сказать не могли. Хозяева же просили приехать до определенного времени. Пришлось торопиться и нервничать, что не успеваем. Девушка, которая нас встречала, была не особо гостеприимной, рассказала за 5 сек про правила, штрафы и тд, на вопросы отвечала неохотно..

Positive: Ottima struttura, proprio dietro alla Casa Danzante e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Arredamento di design curato. Ambiente caldo e pulito, con un bel balcone He affaccia sui tetti di Praga.. Negazione: Unico aspetto negativo, il letto matrimoniale di una delle due camere che aveva le doghe rotte e mi ha costretto a dormire sul letto singolo aggiuntivo che era in camera. Suggerirei di provvedere perché davvero fastidioso..

Positive: House was fine. Negative: They ask for 200eur cash without notification on arrival as deposit If you forget any bottle fine is 20eur If you smoke fine is 200eur If you change anything in the home you have to pay Its strange that you have to throw your garbage and tidy up.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON LUXURY LOFT IN PRAGUE! We were on our way to Prague. I wrote to the host, that we'll come 21.12. between 12-14. We had an accident on our way, so I wrote to the host, that we'll come first in the evening around 21. We were at the place 20:50, I called the host and she started to complain about us, that we are late and her friend have to go there again. Some guy came after 15 min. and also started to complain, that he had to come again, they have other apartments to take care of and so on. Apartment wasn't so nice and cozy, as on the pictures. It was actually other apartment, smaller, not pretty at all. So we began to look on the documents, the guy wanted 30€ extra for the dog (standard price in Prague), that was ok. He wanted also 200€ as a deposit. Because of crash on our way, I couldn't change money to euro, simply because of lack of time and stress. I knew we have to arrive before 22 - it stands in terms and conditions. So I wanted to pay the deposit with 1000zl, which is more than 200€. They had a big problem with that. The guy called the host, I spoke with her, she was complaining about us, that we were late, not prepared and it's weekend, the office is closed etc. She said that there is an opportunity to just take this 200€ from my debit card. I said it's a great idea. And yet again she started to make rude complains about me and she knew we had an accident on our way. Lack of empathy and good manners. I was never in such a situation, where host complains about own job, about clients and is completely ignorant. We could get hurt or whatever, she was focused on the money and her time. Absolutely worst place ever. We couldn't get money back, they took 267€ for reservation, but I said we won't stay in a place, where we are treated in such awful style. So if You want to be treated professional, as a GUEST, that pays for a good service and nice place to stay, DON'T STAY at LUXURY LOFT. I have been in many places, but this one... horrible. Luxury Loft sucks. Prague itself is beautiful. We spend our holiday at Residence Vysehrad, a NICE pleace with GOOD standard and PROFFESIONAL, HELPFUL crew. Best regards to RESIDENCE VYSEHRAD! ??✌

Positive: A fantastic place to stay. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 to spread out. Cute balcony for pre dinner nibbles and drinks. Lovely and warm. This was my children's favourite property in Europe!.

Positive: Very spaceful apartment, in a quite central place. Beautiful view on the roofs and towards the castle. The apartment, recently reniewed, is quite in order and very pleasant.. Negative: the wi-fi didn't work, there was connection but no way to be online. The common spaces (staircase and entrance) are not very clean. difficult to understand how to park the car..

Positive: The location of the apartment is great. We have travelled to Prague many times and like this location.. Negative: Booking confirmation stated Loft C which we had previously stayed in. On arrival we were allocated apartment A and it was not as comfortable, spacious or well equipped for 4 people. For example there were a mixture of glasses but not complete sets, there was one champagne glass..
