★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place, pricy but very good service. They even added a mattress pillow top when my wife complained the mattress was too hard.
Easy to get around town from this location. But lots of hills ans stairs to climb.
The free spa is very nice but the water was a bit cold.
Beautiful building and decor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Through the enthusiastic advice of our friends we decided to go to Karlovy Vari and stay at the same hotel as them. It was the spa hotel Olympic Palace. After the first telephone conversation with the sales manager Alena Sydortshuk, we had a good feeling. She also received us on site and helped us very professionally. It was very clear that she was trying to do her best for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most terrible Hotel! They have discrimination as well.
They don't follow contract policy.
As soon as arrived, they charged more money for extra bed.,
According to the my contract, i can choose extra bed(optional),
but If i don't want overcharge, they told me, go and find another hotel.
It's terrible memory, also parking space is 15 min away from Hotel.
Some guest parked in front of entrance place for 2 days
but in my case was not allowed. They do people discrimination.
Find another hotel. that'd be good for your holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jitka is very accommodating. Provided a very warm welcoming as well as arranging transportation for us when we left. I have been in a lot of great hotels but this was the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Waitstaff in restaurant we’re friendly and efficient. Pool was great to swim in. Sauna and steam bath very comfortable. Great neighborhood to take a walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hotel in Karlovy Vary, highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has great spa facilities with 3 saunas, jacuzzi, and pool. We ordered massages each day and they were great. Cleanness in the hotel is flawless. We stayed with half board basis, the breakfast was great with large variety, but unfortunately dinner wasn’t the best.
Very comfortable valet parking service (for 15 EUR per day).
