I must say that I am very disappointed. In February 2016, Mr. Panek provided lighting for several places in the apartment. He was very nice and accommodating and the work was done more or less well and the lighting served. Also in February of this year (2018), however, one light terminated our service. I contacted Mr. Pank and he told me that the transformer had been sent and that they did not use such quality at the time, but that now they are available much more powerful with better endurance. And to see if it could be used as a warranty fix. From this moment on, I have to evaluate Luxifer as a company that is probably better avoided. Mr. Panek did not call me about the guarantee, I had to remind myself after about a week or 14 days. I was told that they would come to us as soon as they had their way somewhere towards our part of Prague. Since I'm benevolent, I said to myself, and I didn't think about the fact that it's actually a bit of impudence and unprofessionalism to kick the client (to whom I basically caused the problem by supplying poor quality material) in this way. I was patient and gave the company a lot of time (more than a month). Since Mr. Panek did not call me himself, I called again and I wanted a rather important date. Mr. Panek promised that they would come in 14 days during the weekend and that he would let me know. On the Friday before the incriminated weekend, I called Mr. Panek (because he did not answer again), Mr. Panek did not answer my phone, did not call back and no one came. Therefore, from February 19 to today, April 22, the light is still not on and Mr. Panek is making a dead beetle. I can't help it, but it makes me feel that when it comes to the order for decent money, we are willing to be alone, but such little things as exchanges and repairs after the warranty are no longer so financially interesting, so we'll get a little stuck on them. It doesn't have to be that way, it is possible to deduce it under the influence of great annoyance, but it is at least unserious to leave the customer in an information vacuum for over two months and not to communicate with him in any way if he does not respond.

I only buy profiles and diffusers here, they have a huge range of products and they are happy to advise. It is also an assembly company, so they will make you design LED lighting at work, cafe and at home, I recommend.

Eshop very well equipped and pleasantly structured. I went to the store for advice on the color, performance and type of led tape. The Lord knows very well what He sells and can give good advice. A big plus for the fact that he also offered me the assembly of the entire light from the components I selected. I can't imagine well enough how I cut the visible aluminum light profile at home somewhere on my knee with an iron saw, because I don't have the workshop facilities available. Great approach, I'd love to come back sometime.

Great dissatisfaction. After returning the goods according to the valid complaint series, the gentlemen deny taking over the package. Only after proof of delivery from ČP was it paid out. I'm sick of this business. Never more.

At the same time, there is also a place where you can assemble selected components into a functional lamp for hanging or other assembly. Almost everything is in stock and if not, they can arrange it quickly. Parking directly opposite the store advantage. A dynamically developing company with a frequently updated sample store full of inspiration. I highly recommend it to everyone
