V	Vladimír Šot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi velke zklamani z pristupu servisniho oddeleni. Na novem aute v hodnote 560tis. po cca 2 mesicich a 1800km prestala svitit zarovka osvetleni SPZ ( je mozne ze nesvitila jiz od pocatku - auto bylo prebirano ve dne a osvetleni SPZ samozrejme neslo videt). Objednan servis, kde bylo pracovnikovi sdeleno, ze auto je cca 2 mesice stare. Na miste sepsan zakazkovy list, oprava provedena cca za 1,5 hod. Pri prebirani zpet chtel po me pracovnik servisu zaplatit vymenu zarovky a to z duvodu, ze pry je to spotrebni zbozi, na ktere se zaruka nevztahuje). Novy obcansky zakonik vsak pravi jinak. Pracovnik servisu vsak stale opakoval to sve a ton jeho hlasu nebyl vubec profesionalni. Cela situace nebyla prijemna, necitil jsem se jako zakaznik, ktery zde utratil penize a o ktereho by melo oddeleni servisu pecovat. Na dalsi servis vyhledam zcela urcite jineho partnera. Very big disappointed with the approach of the service department. On a new car worth 560 thousand. after about 2 months and 1800 km, the license plate light bulb stopped shining (it is possible that it did not light up from the beginning - the car was taken over during the day and the license plate light of course could not be seen). Ordered service, where the employee was informed that the car is about 2 months old. An order form was written on the spot, the repair was carried out in about 1.5 hours. However, the new civic law says otherwise. However, the service worker kept repeating it all and the tone of his voice was not at all professional. The whole situation was not pleasant, I did not feel like a customer who spent money here and who should be taken care of by the service department. I will definitely look for another partner for another service.

Pán Figeľ je skutečném profesionálem na svém místě, který se vyzná nejen ve značce aut, kterou zastupuje. Bezproblémový postup co se týká termínu dodání a kupní smlouvy, byl samozřejmostí. Přestože jsem v průběhu měnil svoje požadavky a prodejce jsem nechával déle čekat na svoje rozhodnutí, vždy byla veškerá komunikace příjemná a vstřícná. Mohl jsem si i stejný model auta předem vyzkoušet na pár dní a rozhodnout se podle toho. Nové auto jsem měl nachystané a přihlášené přesně včas a přesně tak, jak jsme se domluvili. I bought a new electric Kona from an LXM dealer and I was very satisfied with the vehicle and the approach of the dealer Figeľ. Although I changed my requirements and kept the seller waiting for my decision, all communication was always pleasant and helpful. I could even try the same car model for a few days in advance and decide accordingly. I had the new car ready and registered exactly on time and exactly as we agreed.
A	Ales Kubac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupovali jsme zde nový automobil - mají profesionální přístup, vše vysvětlili a navíc měli náš vůz skladem. Zařídili vše včetně přeregistrace auta a odkoupili od nás starý vůz za docela dobrou cenu. Oceňujeme přístup pana Figeľa, který s námi strávil hodně času. Máme zkušenost s prodejci aut v Praze a Frýdkem-Místkem jsme jen projížděli (a nakonec si pro připravený vůz rádi zajeli ještě jednou) - nicméně po této zkušenosti jsme nabyli dojmu, že z hlediska přístupu k zákazníkům jsou mimopražské autosalony asi lepší než ty pražské a LXM motors je toho důkazem. Asi se o zákazníky mimo Prahu musí bojovat více než v Praze. Každopádně budeme za čas měnit i druhé auto a v zásadě plánujeme, že jej zase koupíme ve Frýdku - Místku (i když je to na druhé straně republiky). Ono se někdy opravdu vyplatí si za dobrým prodejním servisem dojet. We bought a new car here - they have a professional approach, they explained everything and they also had our car in stock. They arranged everything, including re-registering the car, and bought an old car from us for a pretty good price. We appreciate Mr Figeľ's approach, who has spent a lot of time with us. We have experience with car dealers in Prague and we just drove through Frýdek-Místek (and in the end we liked to drive again for the prepared car) - however, after this experience we got the impression that in terms of access to customers, non-Prague car showrooms are probably better than Prague and LXM motors is proof of that. Probably they have to fight for customers outside Prague more than in Prague. In any case, we will change the second car in time and basically we plan to buy it again in Frýdek - Místek (even though it is on the other side of the republic). Sometimes it really pays to get a good sales service.
